    My 15 month old Toshiba laptop battery would not charge anymore. I called Toshiba & they told me to…read morecall Entre Computer Solutions to see if it just needed a new battery. I called Entre & talked to Matt Coletta. He said to bring it in to make sure it wasn't something else. I brought it over the next day, June 15th. Matt tried a couple of things & said it looks like it's just a bad battery. He told me the battery would be $65 & it would be $55 to install. He ordered the part & called me on June 19 to say the battery was in. I took lap top over the next day. I ran an errand & returned in 1 hour. Matt told me that it wasn't the battery & that it was the motherboard. I just figured that he just put my battery back in & then charged me the $55 for his time. He said if I wanted them to get a new motherboard he would apply the $55 to the labor to install that. I paid with Discover, but didn't look at the receipt. Then next day I realized that he had charged the $65 for the battery as well, I immediately called to complain. I told him, "How did I know whether he changed the battery or not since it still doesn't work with out the AC cord." Matt NEVER told me it might be the motherboard and not the battery. I asked him to refund the $65 but he said he'd have to talk to the owners. No one ever called me back. I decided to contact Toshiba again & they agreed to have me send it to their authorized repair center in California & replace the mother board free of charge. When I got my laptop back, it worked perfectly but he had to change the battery too. I contacted Toshiba to ask why he had to change the battery if Entre had just supposedly changed it. They said they stand behind their authorized repair dealer & if he said it needed to be changed, then it must have been bad. So Entre NEVER changed the battery. I called on July 19 & explained everything & asked the owner to call me for a refund. No one has called me back. I filed this complaint with the BBB & they never responded to them either BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    This is a fabulous business! The technicians were extremely fast, efficient, knowledgable, helpful…read moreand friendly! The price was way better than my quote from Best Buy to fix my computer. This business not only fixes computers, but also teaches classes on Excel,etc. I really feel I can trust them and I plan to take a class there. I highly recommend this great find!

    Today January 2nd and my first time here the person that greeted me name , Samuel…read more was so professional and helpful with my teenagers phone ‍ He talk to us about what was going on with the phones as well as what happened to the phones explained why and how they could fix them, all in a professional an honest manner I'm leaving the phones for a couple of hours so they can correct the problem !     I brought in my pc for a diagnostics check and was told I would get it back within 3-5 days. After…read more5 days there was no call so I gave them a call asking for progress. They let me know there would be a delay in its completion with NO update on its current state. They assured me I would get an update soon and informed me of they didnt call me because my number was in wrong. This back and forth proceeded for WEEKS where I had to call and they let me know my pc was being worked on but my number was in wrong and that's why they didnt contact me. They would let me know that they would call in the next two days and I would never receive a call. I would call them multiple times within those days and would get sent to voicemail. When i finally called asking where it was again after nearly three weeks, they let me know that it was done and they would have called me but my number was printed wrong even though i called the day before to confirm my number was down. The workers responses were lax, specifcally Ryan who was not helpful and continued to give me promises that were not completed. Overall I had a horrible experience and feel as though my time was entirely disrespected.​
