I go all the another 45 mins for him to go back and forth with me because he cut my lock off my BMW and replaced it with my old one and now my hood won't open. He telling me oh I'll just fix it for free like he doing me and a favor and now he won't fix it, I'm another shop to fix it. He don't reimburse me for my hood I will be filing a small claims against this place. He feel since I signed his paper he's protected. What he doesn't know I got people that's going to make him give all my money back. I recorded everything. You better skip this place because all he care about is buying after market parts from LKQ and charging you a ridiculous price. The hood doesn't even fit correctl, he had a story about that.

Donny V prepared my estimate and worked with me to get the work I wanted done. I was told the work should be done in one work week and it was. I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up midday on Friday. Mercedes at the front desk is very helpful with scheduling, status of the work, etc. And she will work with Enterprise to have a loner car brought to you, and have it picked up at V&V when your car is ready. I would definitely recommend V&V for auto body repairs.
