Totally scammed out of an alignment. went at end of day. Said no issues, asked me to pre pay to make for an easier and faster get out. An hour later he comes back with situations that can't be fixed but still charged me for an alignmen. still pulls, steering wheel is not centered. And all I got was"I'll take responsibility." that doesn't fix my truck or reimburse me. Will not be suggesting these company. wouldn't even produce an alignment report to show where it was and where they left it. Total Focking scammed me... read more

Took my car in for an alignment and left with more issues than I started with. The car still pulled to one side, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was normal. No accountability, poor service, and a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! VERY unprofessional! I had an appointment with these people at 2PM for a ALIGNMENT which normally takes maybe 30 min. When I got here NOTHING was communicated to me about anybody in front of me or any type of wait! Sat in that ran down ass building while they had a sick looking dog walking all over inside for 3 HOURS before they even checked to see if I even needed an alignment. Ron is a straight up and stand up guy, if he tells you what it is he has to fix, it is the real deal. He also stands by his initial quote to you as well. The shop does not half ass anything and all of the parts he uses are warranted and they stand by that as well. I had a power steering pump installed that went out and I took it back and Ron immediately, after diagnosing the issue said that the pump was faulty and replaced it with no issues, no attitude or anything remotely close to anything like that. He is a straight up guy. One of the owners from what I hear is a corvette engine legend and I had already heard about him from business that I did with Tommy at Snyder Transmission in PEARLAND who recommended that I go to Ron for my alignment and steering issues. Excellent service. He treats cars like his own. I had a seriously messed up lug nut. I had already taken it to two shops no luck. He knew exactly what to do. Cut it off with a torch and replaced the stud. Good price. Others in the shop were saying the same thing about their problems. The guy next to me said they just don't align the front and hand you the keys. They actually drive it and make it perfect. Plus he has several old classic cars in the shop that he restored.
