However, since I was in the area I stopped by this location. Due to the fact that this location is in MA, beer, wine and liquor is also sold inside. There are plenty of parking spots. The gas station is connected to the wholesale club which makes it super convenient to get gas and items all in one stop. Staples, Hobby Lobby, Panera Bread, and Raising Cane's are within walking distance from BJ's Wholesale Club. The aisles order and items in BJ's Wholesale Club in Seekonk, MA is similar to other BJ's Wholesale Club. I recommend downloading the BJ's App. It is an easy way to clip coupons and find items in store. I even used the price checker function on the app a few times. It is very useful. During my recent visit, I witnessed three employees -- Aaron (AGM), Michelle (Manager), and Karen (Cashier) -- behaving in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Their behavior was not only directed toward paying members, including myself, but also towards fellow staff. It was disappointing to see such hostility from individuals in leadership positions who should be setting a positive example. I believe this kind of conduct reflects poorly on the environment at this location and contradicts the high standards Costco is known for. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and looked into promptly. And not only that, but I was in line with many other members and they were also concerned and saying the same thing I was it's like the management there does not even care about the way they treat paying members and also their own staff!!!! If this is how they act in front of other people who knows how they act or what they say in the break rooms. Much closer for us and honestly just a really well run Costco overall. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate even when it's busy. The staff deserves a lot of credit too. Every employee we've dealt with has been genuinely friendly. Not fake corporate friendly either. Actual "how's your day going?" kind of people who seem like they don't hate being there, which these days feels rare. We went yesterday with a very simple plan. Grab some meat, toilet paper, paper towels, and a case of Coke Zero. Standard Costco run. Somehow we left with all of that plus a Ninja slushy machine, a prep sink for my garage, six pounds of whole bean coffee, and a couple whole trout that we're grilling tonight. That place is dangerous in the best possible way. You walk in needing batteries and leave questioning whether you should buy a kayak and a gazebo. Checkout is another thing they do well here. They always seem to have plenty of registers open and the lines move fast. I'm an Executive Member and usually go during the early access hour, which is fantastic if you want to avoid the real chaos and shop in relative peace before the carts start colliding like a demolition derby. The gas station is also a huge plus. Prices are consistently better and even when the line looks intimidating, it moves quickly. My only minor complaint, and it's not enough to affect the rating at all, is the location of the food court. If you're just going in for a hot dog or pizza, you're kind of fighting upstream against everyone exiting the store. Not the end of the world, just an odd setup. Other than that, love this Costco. Rhode Island seriously needs to get the hint and build one already because half the parking lot in Sharon seems to have Rhode Island plates anyway.

If I could put zero stars I would…read more I spent a lot of money on outdoor furniture through the BJ's app on April 29. One set was picked up at the Seekonk store, and the other was shipped. The table set arrived with the stone top smashed and detached from the base. After waiting about two weeks for a replacement, the second table was also defective. The stone top was not attached to the metal frame, apparently due to poor adhesive application. For over a month, customer service has repeatedly promised that someone would contact us to arrange pickup of the expensive set, but no one ever does. I even offered to keep the chairs and return only the table, but communication has gone silent. Instead, I received an email warning that I was running out of time to return the set. At this point, we gave up and repaired the table ourselves, only to discover it was missing hardware. Between replacement hardware and waterproof adhesive, we spent another $50 just to make a brand-new table usable. Two defective tables, terrible customer service, and still no call or email. Disgusting. I will never buy furniture from BJ's again and will likely limit my other spending there as well. Buyer beware.
