Found this lovely gem thanks to Yelp - and want to make sure I continue to spread the word! I mulled around the space, feeling a bit like Alice in Wonderland. All of the colors were so vibrant, and the smells were lovely. People were there purchasing flowers on their lunch break, and retired folk were perusing the isles, planning which plants would be added to their backyard oasis. I'm not going to lie, I was overwhelmed. That's where Connie stepped in. She asked me what I was looking for, and I told her I wanted a pretty pot of flowers for my sunny porch. Nothing to hang, since I doubt we hand hangers, and I sure wasn't going to install those. I needed no drama flowers, bright with color, that would last me through the summer. Together we walked the isles, and she asked me my preference on colors and textures. Before long, she grabbed a pot, threw in some soil, and magically threw my choices beautifully together. They have succulents, veggies, trees, tons of hanging flowers, and can easily put together a container garden of your liking in a jiffy.

    Xmas Wreath

Best place for you're Xmas wreath! Buy it plain and inside pick your ribbon from 30 plus ribbons and pine cones berries , they make bow right then and decorate your wreath. The extra cost for bow and pine cones is worth it. Go check it out

Beautiful garden center with reasonably priced seedling vegetables of good quality. It is deceptively large and the staff is friendly.

The land has been in the family for over 100 years I think, some insane amount of acreage. There's an older man that runs it he's in his 70s family run. When you get there you drive down to the very bottom pick out your tree, they tag it for you. You have to pay at least half upfront and then the rest when you pick up. Everyone was very nice it was a good experience. Just a better feeling picking out your tree then just going and buying it somewhere like we've done in the past. They have different types of trees different sizes they price it by the type and size. Ours was $76. The trees are all kind of short and fat like really fat but I kind of dig it!

Once at the area, the tractor driver told us to flag down one of the workers (who are walking or driving a golf cart in the area) when we selected our tree. There were signs comparing the types of trees (color, scent, needle retention, etc...) and where each type of tree was located. Despite many trees already having been tagged, there was still a large selection to choose from. We found our tree in about a half an hour and flagged down a worker who promptly tagged our tree and gave us a receipt. We took a tractor ride back to the farm stand which is a cute shop with a large variety of ornaments and holiday decor for sale. We paid for our Christmas tree and confirmed the pick up date. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We'll definitely be back!! A few tips: You'll need to know the date you want to pick up your tree before tagging. For the best selection, it's probably best to go Columbus Day weekend or the first weekend available. Dogs were welcome Bring cash (Henry's is cash and check only) Although there is an ATM on site.

The apples were great quality and were delicious to eat and bake with later in the week. We parked a little far out from the entrance based on how busy it was (Sunday afternoon), but it was an easy walk. A lot of the apples that were ready to be picked and of good quality were at the top of the trees. I wish they offered ladders or picker tools to allow people to get good apples that can't be reached otherwise. Also, they had run out of apple cider donuts, which was a shame. We got some apple cider and fresh raspberries to take home, which were also both delicious. I would definitely pick our own raspberries next year if we return. We would definitely go back for a fun Fall activity each year!

I thought the layout was easy to follow and very organized. The space across the orchard was truly maximized. Rows upon rows of beautiful apples waiting to be picked. This weekend 9/15, Honeycrisp, Cortland, Gala, Liberty and McIntosh were ready for picking. My wife and I are apple feinds eating 1 or 2 a day each. We had the fridge space for cold storage so we did 1/2 bushel which hits you @ $55. We ended up getting 24.5lbs of apples which came out to $2.24/lb. Not bad for fresh off the tree. If you don't eat as many apples, it is a little on the price side because here are the prices: 1/2 bushel ($55 = admission for 5) 1 peck ($35 = admission for 3) 1/2 peck ($17.50 = admission for 1) 1/4 peck ($15.00 I think? = 1 child 10 and under) Quantity is certainly your friend here. Not an issue for us because we eat so many (enjoyed over 4 while picking em.... They were good and couldn't help myself). We also grabbed some apple cider donuts on the way out. 1/2 dozen for $11 and they're the best apple cider donuts I've ever had. They actually tasted like apple and not just straight up sugar. Heat up in the microwave for 10 seconds before enjoying and chefs kiss. Will be back here in a month! Looking forward to some fuji and evercrisp!
