The owner here saved us after being scammed with another U-Haul authorized dealer. We called the shop and he told us there was a truck available but we need to reserve it ASAP IF we wanted it. *Disclaimer* they take a while (about an hour) but the attention to detail is truly remarkable! I have two dogs and I take to the park/beach, etc. I had hair, sand, dirt all over (a little embarrassing, honestly) and it was left spotless! And y'all get this: $15!!!!! I called before going and Kristine was so nice and informative on the phone. As I waited, she came over and gave me a punch in card. On my 7th wash, it'll be free. The worst hand car was in Miami and the worst customer service too!! Bad attitude, smoking while "cleaning" the cars, took forever because 3 or 4 smoke breaks, after more than 30 minutes the car was soaked inside with car scents (did not want any scent) and the dashboard and inside doors never were cleaned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. The business is operated by two men who are always high and very unprofessional. I gave this business a try because it's close to my house and it's a small business but what a mistake. First of all, the sign said $20 and the guy charged me $25, then they only accept cash (this was not told to me ahead of time) because "their machine broke". the car has dirty water in the doors (from a dirty rag), they did not touch the bottom of the doors and the car is full of dirt. When I said I have to go to the bank to withdraw money the guy said "I got sh*t to do, you're slowing me down" and I, to not waste my time arguing with this person had to take money out of their sketchy ATM to pay for this "service". read more

So, I made the fatal error of not reading enough reviews before I chose this place in haste on a Saturday morning. I'm pretty sure I was told over the phone that my $85 detail would include a wax, but after I had been there three hours and was told that they still needed to wash the outside of my car, I knew a wax was not going to happen. And understand, I am not exaggerating: it took four hours for them to complete an interior and exterior detailing of my SUV, and a hand wash, and it was pretty clean when I brought it in. I take it to the car wash myself and vacuum it out and armor all the inside once a month as it is, I just wanted a really deep clean. The gentleman who worked on my car, alone, did a decent job but there were definitely places that he missed, and when I pointed them out he addressed them without complaint but they were glaringly obvious, like dirt and crumbs inside the cupholders, and visible smudges and drips inside the passenger door from My children's sticky fingers. When I saw we were approaching the four hour mark I just went in there and picked up a cloth and started addressing some of the missed areas myself. Look, if you have all the Time in the world and not much money to spend I guess you can give it a shot but I gave them half my Saturday and I am still cleaning things myself at home. read more

My car has been the go-to vacation vehicle for my whole family, which includes five people and a hairy Golden Retriever. I was gifted a Groupon as a thank you for always lending out my vehicle. When I first drove up to the establishment, I wasn't sure what to expect. The first employee to greet me was extremely kind. I could tell it was a busy day but he was sure to let me know the time and cost of the services I was looking for. He stopped what he was doing to open the door to the storefront and told me the cashier would handle the rest. The cashier was also friendly and told me I was welcome to stay and watch TV while I waited or I could come back for the car later. I was told the car would take about 2 hrs and it ended up taking close to 4. This wasn't an issue for me, because it just means more time was spent on my vehicle but just something to keep in mind. When I picked up my car, it was a brand new car. Every single dog hair had been removed through magic. The car had that brand new car smell. I will probably be back in the future but for now, I'm enjoying driving off into the distance in my brand new car. Beep beep! read more

This place is straight Garbage. 1st the place didn't want to honor the Groupon. They said they were not honoring Groupon coupons, then asking how much was paid for it, etc.. Then after discussing it with them, they agreed. They started washing the car and seemed like we were good to go. Waiting for 2.5 hrs. and trying not to get high from the 2nd hand weed that was being smoked (prob the cause of the 2.5 hr wait) they were finally done. Mind you, we were the only customers there when they started. It began to rain, so I took a quick peek into the car (3 row SUV) and seemed like they did a good job. Tipped the driver and headed to the supermarket. when i went to load the car, opened the back to load the groceries and they didn't touch the 3rd row seats. They didn't clean or vacuumed the back. Save your money, there are too many car washes including mobile ones that cost slightly higher WITHOUT a Groupon that would provide better service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time talking extremely loud and when I tried to buy snacks she didn't know any prices. The worst part was the man cleaning my car came in and said "you have a nice body". I questioned if I had heard correctly so I said excuse me? And he repeated. Terrible place will never come here again. Will not recommend to anyone. Took 2 and a half hours to wash my car, got there at 11 and left at 1:30. Even when I started complaining it seemed like the workers moved even slower. Inside of the car was not clean at all, didn't even look like they opened the doors. Honestly completely disappointed with this business went there to get an odor after spilling a coffee in my car when I called they said it would be financially better to just do the full detail, 130 dollars later car looked clean but odor was still in full after the next day which is the only reason I needed to go and everything was sticky in the car.
