First time ordering from here and I was very disappointed. I ordered two items, a Smash Bowl and a Los Niños bowl, to which I added mixed greens. Los Niños is made up of brown rice, white cheddar, avocado, black beans, roasted chicken, and a "lime squeeze" that may or may not have been added. I couldn't tell. There was no white cheddar. The roasted chicken chunks were unseasoned as were the black beans. The avocado appeared to have been sliced hours earlier as it was browning. I paid an upcharge for cilantro and literally got two stems, no leaves. I paid an upcharge for Jalapeño Lime vinaigrette, and I got a soupy cup of dressing plus a separate cup of olive oil. To what? Whisk together to make the vinaigrette? The dressing alone was good but I tossed the oil. It was a very bland salad. Hoping for a better experience with the Smash Bowl, the unseasoned chicken, browning avocado, and seriously undercooked brown rice (that's an unpleasant crunch) weren't really helped by the apple chunks, queso fresco sprinkles, or bacon crumbs. I don't think I'll be back. Their takeout *is in compostable bowls but with a plastic lid. read more

I live and crave the Southwest Chicken salad. The southwest dressing is flavorful and has just enough spice and heat. Everything is fresh at Crisp and Green. You always get the perfect salad, perfect lettuce and fresh ingredients. Service is extremely fast. Great parking to run in to grab food or eat in. They have "healthy" Rice Krispie bars that really good and are large enough to share. Try different flavors of teas available too. I haven't tried a tea I didn't like yet. This is my go to fast food option that is healthy and fresh. read more

Pros: a healthy alternative to most other fast food places in the area with a good selection of fresh ingredients and quick service. Cons: ordered for delivery 3 separate times and they're 0/3 for order accuracy. Always something missing and or the wrong dressing. Ranch is in the name! Delicious & so healthy! The salads, grain bowls & smoothies are so fresh! I had the Cinco De Light salad & the Strawberry Sunrise smoothie & my husband had the Wild Child Grain Bowl. I really enjoyed the Cinco De Light salad. I hate when you get a salad from a restaurant and the lettuce and veggies do not taste fresh-that was not the case here! The salad has a bit of a kick to it so if spicy is not your thing you may want to skip this salad. The smoothie was delicious and not too sweet which I liked. The grain bowl was a perfect fall meal and was very filling. Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie: banana, strawberries, mango, plain pea protein. Cinco De Light Salad: romaine, arugula, avocado, queso fresco, pepitas, roasted corn, tomatoes, jalapeño, blue corn chips, lime squeeze & jalapeño. Wild Child: wild rice, arugula, roasted chicken, roasted Brussel sprouts, radicchio, goat cheese, craisins, & balsamic vinaigrette. Tip: The serving size is pretty big for the salads and grain bowls. This might be my new favorite place to feel like I'm getting a healthy option quickly. As a millennial female I love the aesthetic. Gosh it's cute in there!! Fresh and clean but it was crawling with the young teens I wish I still was. This would have been our lunch spot 100%! The food was delicious!! I got the shrimply irresistible. It was fantastic. UNFORTUNATELY it was taken off the menu since I went a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, it makes a return. I also think there are so many that look good that i want to try. I got it just the way it was with the dressing mixed in. For a on the go full TWO salads with protein for close to $25 all said and done is very reasonable. I want to go back for a smoothie. I want to go back for an açaí bowl. I want to go back for all the salads. read more

Very, very slow service. Servers seemed to be annoyed or bothered to help. Some have even looked at us and blatantly ignored at the end register. Be prepared to wait if you want an açaí bowl because you'll pay but no one will make it for at least 10 min. Meat on salads is always dried out. read more

Great fresh unique salads & grain bowls. Lots of choices! Hot tips: Order through the app and get a free salad after 10 visits. Order kids meal salads and sub out the boring toppings. Wasn't a fan of the green smoothie but I will try a different flavor. Parking in Chanhassen is a nightmare. Park across the street in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. read more

The salads and smoothies are good. Clean restaurant. Only 3/5 due to lack of communication between team members. At checkout I asked for a smoothie. They had 3 workers prepping things and 2 making salads. I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I had to ask a worker if they could see if someone is making my smoothie. I went to this location after work wanting a smoothie and was completely ignored. Granted I did say I wanted a smoothie, so I waited. Then after 5 minutes with two orders being completed (who came in after me) while I was waiting I finally left. I went to Panera where I was both acknowledged and thanked. If choosing between the two do not choose this crisp and green. I love the chain, however this is my second bad experience with the Chanhassen location. read more

Never coming to this location again. Take the extra time to go to another location if possible. Ordered online, said it would be ready at 6:40. Boyfriend comes out with our order at 7 and says they asked him what our order was several times, both salads made super skimpy. I got basically a side salad missing 4 of the toppings that were supposed to be on it. He asked for chipotle ranch, gave him the wrong dressing. Paid $40 for two side salads with one of them literally having cheese bacon and tomatoes on it when it was supposed to be a Cobb salad. Ridiculous. read more

I've been to this location a few times with mixed results, but my most recent visit really turned me off. The chicken was so dried out it was inedible - it seemed like it was sitting out for days. And at Crisp and Green prices that is not ok (see photo of $8 kids meal). Will stick with Green and the Grain for fresh and delicious salads going forward (their food truck comes to the West metro once a week). read more

Amazing staff and service!! We always have a great experience coming to this location! I recommend the fiesta bowl and two to mango!

Food is fresh and high quality. But, there's two problems: 1. The online order time is FAR too slow. C&G requires an hour to put a bowl together for pickup. Noodles can have a Pad Tai bowl w/bread ready to go in 10 minutes during the rush. And, they do it with 1/4 the staff. Figure it out, C&G. 2. The prices are laughable high. $13 for a medium bowl??? That's an $8 product...at most. read more
