I am back hooked on Piada. So sad that all the locations are further out and there's only 3 left in MN. I get the Carbonara Bowl with Hot Chicken! The chicken is so spicy and good!l, I love it. I also get the blackberry hibiscus lemonade, it's really good but also VERY sweet. I will say they are on the expensive side for fast casual food. For a regular size bowl with a lemonade is around $16 and some change. Adding protein is à la carte as well as some of the other topping options/anything extra. Defrosting adds up quick! The staff are typically nice and keep things moving. I will say they can be a bit slow at times. Overall, I'm hooked!

It's a chipotle-style Italian restaurant with easy to order options as well as build your own. The diavalo was good, and I created my own salad bowl as well. The servers weren't incredibly friendly, but they were efficient in getting the line moving. The seating inside was decent, with an outdoor patio area as well. Overall, good place for quick food and multiple options.

Service was shorthanded, so a little slow, we're out of some ingredients at noon on a Monday. Had the lemon kale salad and a meatball pocket. It was just ok. My daughters rave about the place, I'll try it again.

Piada usually satisfies my Italian wrap cravings whenever I go to the location at MOA. This location is not the same, service was pretty slow for not having a line. I ordered a Mediterranean wrap with Italian sausage. They barely gave me any sausage unlike last time I had it at moa. I wonder if they also changed the type of sausage they had because the one I ordered at moa had bigger slices of sausage vs these were little tiny ones you'd get on a dominos pizza. My husband ordered the pesto pasta and everything was just overly drenched in the Alfredo sauce. Barely any meatballs as well. I basically ate a veggie wrap with a few pieces of sausage in it. I will definitely not be coming back here.

I have flagged coming to Piada Italian Street Food for a while. I came here to grab some dinner to take back to my hotel room after a fun evening at Christmas in Color. This eatery was five minutes away by car from the hotel that I was staying at. I parked in front of the place and walked in. There was a couple looking at the menu. I did the same. They said that I could go ahead. I let them know that I needed to review the menu myself, so they were definitely ready before I was. As the name suggests, you can get hand-rolled piadas, which are wraps stuffed with whatever you feel like. Additionally, you can get salads and grain bowls, and tossed pastas. I was craving pasta. I was having quite an internal debate whether I wanted the mac, which was new on the menu, or carbonara. I was in a cheesy mood. I ultimately decided to go for the carbonara. My next internal debate was the protein. Do I want meatballs or grilled chicken? Thank goodness there were a couple of orders ahead of mine. Everything looked so good! I got grilled chicken. It seemed for fitting with the parmesan sauce. I had a nice man putting my carbonara together. You can choose what you'd like in it. Since this visit was my first, I went with the standard toppings. I noticed a blackberry hibiscus lemonade on the menu. I wanted it, too. The man put a lot of ice in it. If you aren't crazy about that much ice, I'd recommend asking for less of it. Credit cards are accepted. I paid with one and all was great. He put my food in a paper bag. I thanked him and carried everything out to my car. I then drove back to the hotel to eat. The couple in front of me decided to dine in. There was another family chowing down when I left. I recently found out that the only Fazoli's in Minnesota, in my old stopping grounds of Rochester, had closed for good. Although this place is not a drive-thru pasta place, I am so glad that it exists in Eagan. The food is so fresh and delicious, and it's put together pretty quickly. You can order online and pick your food up, which is perfect. I absolutely loved the grilled chicken carbonara. The chicken was flavourful and grilled perfectly. The chicken was moist and delicious. My carbonara had spaghettini. I loved twirling the perfectly done pasta in the creamy parmesan sauce. There were diced bruschetta tomatoes, pancetta, spinach, and grated parmesan on top of everything. I felt like I was eating healthy food even though I was indulging in carbonara. The blackberry hibiscus lemonade comes in one size -- huge! It was so refreshing and not wildly sugary. The blackberry and hibiscus flavours worked so well together, with a touch of lemon to brightening things up. I was hoping to return here before I left, but I had way too much good food that it'll need to wait till I'm back in town again. I am a huge fan of this place and look forward to returning. (21)

This was one of the only restaurants open near my hotel at 8:30pm. Thought I give it a try. A generous portion of pretty bland food.

Cute shop and they also have a great selection of Italian products in the shop, plus their own ready-made items like homemade frozen pizzas and take-and-bake entrees, which is such a nice bonus. While it's got zero space for sit down dining, they are on top of their takeout game. The staff were efficient and filled orders quickly. I found the prices fair, and I look forward to a return visit to try out some other items. I really enjoyed the soup and see they post a new daily soup/pasta item to Facebook. What we tried: - Italiano sub 3/5 (bread was harder/crustier than I would have liked & sub was so wide it was hard to fit your mouth around it) - Chicago roast beef sub 4/5 (hefty amount of beef) - Daily soup (5/5) chicken vegetable (really great flavor and wide assortment of veg with huge chicken chunks) - Carrot cake (5/5) - Tiramisu (5/5).

They had an automated attendant that was a little frustrating to work around as we wanted to ask questions. Getting to a real person took awhile and we were pretty frustrated by the time we got through. We decided to just show up and take our chances and we are so glad we did. The dining room had an hour wait but we were able to sit in the bar area immediately. The bar area consisted of numerous booths and feels less like a bar and more like a distinguished upgrade of an Applebees. The staff was so attentive and everything came out so quickly. We tried the pizza fries - expecting a version of cheese pizza cut in strips. Imagine our surprise and delight when what was delivered was soft, squishy dough with sweet tomatoey pizza sauce arrived. It was amazing! The last bite was barely made when our entrees arrived, piping hot. We tried the pasta pesto with chicken and the chicken parm. Both were perfectly cooked and had such fresh, homemade flavors! Accompanied by the world's softest bread and flavored butter. The portions were huge and we brought more home than what we ate. The server was a highlight. So amazing and attentive. The staff worked together to provide an excellent experience - keeping drinks filled, clearing plates as they emptied, making sure we felt seen. All in all, we will be back. The only negative was that irritating phone attendant. It doesn't represent the kind of service you will receive once you arrive. Don't let it scare you off!
