First time here and I loved it! I had the Fiesta Bowl and it was delicious. They toss all the ingredients together for you so it's mixed well. The fresh flavors explode in your mouth. There are many menu options to choose from or you can build your own and watch them assemble it. Very patient and kind young man assembled my bowl quickly and was very helpful with my choice. The atmosphere is open, cheerful and clean. There are açaí bowls and smoothies too. So much to explore here and I will definitely be returning soon. Also wanted to add that there was a ton of carry out orders being picked up. Looks like a really good turn around on the ingredients and always fresh. So glad I stopped in! read more

The food and ambiance are great! However, the service is subpar even in "off season". Every time I order ahead for pick up my order is never ready, even if I wait an hour to go grab it. I've ordered while there and have had to wait while they work on online orders, so it's really hit or miss. Today I ordered online and got there 30 minutes after ordering and my order was not ready. The cashier went to check on my order and the girl started to make it while I was standing there. I was not in a rush and did not mind, but why order ahead then? I got home and went to eat it and there was no dressing whatsoever even though I ordered it. This is the first time this has happened. If the food wasn't so good, I'd honestly stop going. Hopefully they open more healthy choices out this way so that I can stop going to this facility. The service is what ruins this place. read more

Absolutely favorite place to eat in Naples; since we moved here 4 months ago we've consistently gone 2-3 times a week and have had everything perfect every time .. until recently and I can only pin it down to a new computer system or app update. It's slightly different in the last week and both times I've ordered through the app, something was wrong. The first time the dressing was missing and I had asked for no olives and received a huge scoop instead. We chalked it up to the app being new and we just ordered today, added roasted tomatoes and they aren't cheap at $1.45 each bowl and didn't get them. Came to a Crisp & Green for the second time and it was amazingly delicious! We visited the Venice location when they opened and we were so happy to see a Naples location open up! My husband is a huge fan of the Southwest Salad and I absolutely love the You Feta Believe It salad! Also the agua frescas are amazing, i love the lemon raspberry and blueberry mint! The staff were all kind and helpful, the store was super clean and beautiful and I just can't wait to come back and try different salads and other goodies. read more

I have given up on this place. I'm so disappointed with their service. First, they kept messing up my online orders, which is understandable, but not when it's constantly happening and you're paying $15 for one meal. So, I resulted to going in and ordering in person. They always have one person making orders while 3 or more people are working in the kitchen area chopping up food. There can be a long line of people and no one will ever come to help relieve the one person taking orders, making them, and taking payments. Today I stood there waiting for 15 minutes and I just walked out. The food is good, but not worth the hassle. Just going to wait for the chipotle to open across the street. So happy to have found a fresh salad place in Naples! Caution though that the salads are not cheap at ~$15. And the two times I visited the person making the salad forgot a whole bunch of ingredients - not sure if this was on purpose or they are just getting used to which salads contain which ingredients, but if you're going to spend the money make sure you get everything it comes with! The first time I ordered the Thai & Stop Me with chicken instead of shrimp. They didn't subtract the cost of shrimp, like they do at Sweetgreen, and the guy building it forgot half the ingredients lol - the basil, mint, cilantro, and peanuts. The dressing was good and ingredients that I did get were fresh. The second time I ordered the Seoul Bowl and the woman making it was trying to leave off the spicy sauce, cilantro, and sesame seeds. I had to keep reminding her to include those. Also got charged an extra $2 for substituting chicken for tofu. The place is really cute and next time I visit I'd like to sit outside. I recommend it, but make sure you get the full salad you order and the workers don't skip a bunch of ingredients! read more

This would be 5 stars but I have noticed that when I place my Friday pick up order, my bowl is missing a significant amount, other wise, Mondays and Tuesdays are nice, the bowl is never missing an ingredient those days and the dressings always taste the same. Ordered online and didn't receive my items until 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. My salad sat on the counter, finished, for 15 minutes. My blended smoothie sat in the blender for 5 minutes before I walked up to the counter and said something. The male employee working tonight should be fired, he was not helping customers at the cash register and holding up orders, seemingly on purpose. Each of the other employees working tonight should also be fired for not handling the situation better. Several customers walked out angry. Where was management? We love crisp and green and typically have a wonderful experience. My only complaint is the $15 fiesta bowl salad that we picked up today which is half full to 60% full. I find this very surprising since their servings are quite generous but this seems like someone had already eaten half of it before we brought it home. I really wanted a healthy eatery in the area that was closer to the Estates and this was the PERFECT solution. I will say their smoothies could be cheaper (Tropical Smoothie across the street has larger smoothies for cheaper) but I understand this is a franchise and they can't control their pricing.
