Bayshore Bodega is a cozy little spot that's definitely worth checking out. The menu is small but has a good selection of drinks and food. I tried both the recommended matchas, which had great flavor, and the empanadas were delicious, especially with the dipping sauce. After a morning at Naples Botanical Garden, we stumbled on Bayshore Bodega, and what a find! This little hidden gem on Bayshore Drive has a laid back indie/art style, great coffee/matcha, breakfast, & lunch options that won't break the bank. Very quaint and cozy new coffee shop on Bayshore Drive, replete with on-site parking. Inside, they boast both traditional tables and comfier couch seating, plus a big back patio and a few tables out front. I ordered my traditional cortado, and I wish they offered mugs for to-stay orders instead of automatically giving to-go cups. The coffee came out piping hot, which I love (nothing is worse than a lukewarm cup o' Joe) but I found the flavor a little too bitter -- not sure if that's the coffee they're using or the espresso-pulling technique of the barista. I also got the tortilla espanola, and I really wanted to love it but I found it underwhelming: it wasn't heated up enough and it was a little soggy and spongy. Being that they've only been open for a couple of months, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that they're still working out some kinks. It's so adorable inside and you can tell the owner is very committed to making it the best coffee spot it can be. I'd return to try some of the other food options and maybe a cold brew ... and their gluten-free brownie, which looks divine. Pricing on all their items is good compared to other coffee shops in the area. read more

Came here for lunch and ordered cappuccino, golden turmeric tea, chicken salad sandwich, beef empanada, tuna salad, ham and cheese egg bite, and avocado toast. We sat outside to enjoy our food. It took some time for it to be ready, but we found at least one table with shade. The beef empanada was the tastiest I've had in a while and very tasty dip. The bodEGGa sandwich was so tasty. Not dry at all and the perfect ratio of ingredients. I tried a strawberry matcha for the first time after seeing others order it. It looked so pretty! I realize now I should've mixed it because the strawberry part was so tasty. I do also wish there was a side of pickles with the sandwich and I was sad that the croquetas were sold out. That aside, it was a lovely little lunch. Bathroom is clean too! No diaper changer though. read more

This place was ok. I we t to 4 coffee shops on this morning that I visited and expected more but the coffee/cappuccino was very average and a bit bitter. The cleanliness of the barista area was a bit concerning and the barista didn't wipe out the old oils from the portafilter after making the previous drink, just knocked out the puck and filled with new espresso. This could be one of the causes of the bitterness with all this old oils etc. The atmosphere was just ok as well. read more

Stopped in for the first time this Saturday. Cute and quaint. Great service and small outdoor waterfront seating area with live music. Limited food menu with many items that sell out. More extensive menu for coffee. I do think the portions are small and I feel like there should always be a side with a sandwich even if it's just a pickle. We had a ham and cheese and tortilla and we were still hungry. I think it will do well with locals but it's a bit of a drive for us and not worth coming back. At least not to eat. read more

My 6 friends and I came in here for coffee and breakfast and had such a great experience! The avacado toast was the best we've ever had and the workers were soooo nice. Happy to have discovered another cool spot on Bayshore Drive. Had the Ham, Egg and Manchego breakfast sandwich and it was so so tasty! I was pleasantly surprised. My friend had the Spanish egg and potato torta which was outstanding. Service went out of their way to make sure we were happy and we were. They even have a Dj spinning dance tunes on the back patio on weekends. I can see this becoming a very trendy hangout especially once they get their beer and wine license. read more
