I had already scheduled rotator cuff and bone spur surgery with him as well. Unfortunately, the Home physical therapist was terrible and I developed a crippling limp and my leg would swing out to the left with each step. I fired that company just before the shoulder surgery. Dr. Hanypsiak who did an amazing job recommended Collins Physical Therapy Institute who I have been working with now for 3 weeks. They have already corrected my limp and leg swing! Furthermore my arm can go over my head due to their wonderful physical therapy. Okay yes it hurts, but it'll be real soon that I am back to normal again. The guys are courteous and experienced, but expensive ($360 an hour). My right shoulder and arm did…read morenot have full movement , i probably had 65% degree of movement, due to a fall. After my first hour of therapy with them it was sore but they freed it up a bit. The doctor then stated he thinks i should be seen 5 times a week for the next 6 weeks for a package deal totaling over $9000. Seemed super excessive. And my 60 minute visit turned out to be 50 minute. They started 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. After my first visit and doing some home pt and laps in the pool, i felt 90% the next day. I think its a crime when they try and sell you $9000 worth of sessions when you may just need 1 or 2 or 5. I was not in a car accident with multiple injuries. On top of this they do not take credit cards. Nor do they do the electro therapy or even finish with a hot heat pad. On top of this, the therapist hadn't used or was in need of deodorant which made the 1 hour session difficult. They put earning the almighty dollar first. This is a huge lack of integrity and is becoming more common place. I do not recommend them
