Speaking with my primary, I chose Dr. Galliano. Knowing my family history of bowel disorders, he did NOT rush in to remove the hemorrhoids. He made a few tests to be sure there were no other issues that would cause future problems. ............He explained every test and procedure to my satisfaction ............. then we made the date for my hemorrhoid banding, which went exceedingly well............... We even laughed at my comments about his "chosen profession" as I was slipping under the affects of anesthesia. ............. Conclusion? I would recommend Dr. G in a heartbeat. He's patient, humorous, knowledgeable, and kind. Yes, I think he's great and if I ever need this kind of surgery again, he's the doctor for me.

Got a call three days before they wanted to change my appointment to 2:40pm or reschedule in two weeks. I had to jump through a LOT of hoops to be able to get there by 2:40pm but I did. The day of my appointment I got a call at 12:45pm. They said I had to be there by 1:30pm or we had to reschedule in two weeks. I asked why and the very rude office girl told me Dr. Castilla was a surgeon and does whatever she wants. Now after all that they expect me to reschedule? I am going to find another surgeon. If they treat me like this for an initial consultation imagine how they will be scheduling surgery.

I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now.
