The owner of this company is complete fraud & not professional. This is as unbiased testimonial as anybody can give. I moved into a apartment temporarily after selling my condo. We moved in and after 2 days of unpacking , we discovered the master bathroom and kitchen cabinet filled with mold. Not only did the building manager of 9 different apartment complexes and the inspector was surprised how much mold could be in a small apartment. With a newborn child and wife, I was terrified about the hazards of the mold and my families health. Inspector confirmed this place is hazardous and needed containment and relocation. I spent over 1 hour with the inspector informing that I already received authorization by the landlord to do repairs the inspector recommends and the landlord needed a detailed report containing procedures, time frame and price. I also reminded him several times it's important to move my family out asap and need detailed report for approval for all repairs needed. He assured me that they know the dangers of mold and family health is #1 priority. He assured me that no latter than that night or at latest next early morning. Early morning has come and I waited and waited all day. Didn't even receive. Text message. The landlord kept calling me every 1 hr to see if they sent the report worried about our family health. I finally decided to call at 4pm. The young lady who picked up informed me that their computer went down and they could do the report. Lol. What bullshit. Out of frustration, I complained that they could have called me to notify their situation and that there will be delays. I explain that this is no excuse and they did not do their job correctly. As I was trying to explaining this, not only the owner has problems listening to customers but it's obvious he is a street hustler mentality. Get the money FIRST. After he asked me to explain my situation he won't let me finish and cuts me off. There are several things this owner said to me that was so unbelievable. 1. I was trying to explain how his inspector promised a detailed report of all the info I needed but the owner would not let me finish and interrupts me by saying "I'm the owner of this company. The inspector is just my employee.. meaning I'm the boss. Don't matter what my employee said. He demanded $80 for the report that his company and employee promised for free. I tried to explain that as a owner of couple big companies, All employers are responsible and liable for what their employees actions pertaining to the job. Specially if it's regarding a hazardous inspections and reports. But agin he cuts me off , incapable of listening and says " I don't care how many companies you have"... 2. He also said " I've been in this business for many years. Why would I give you a detailed report without you paying $? He accused me of trying to get a report so I can doPuhaha... This guy is a joke. First business lesson. If your employees offer free inspection and detailed report, don't make up stupid excuses, say sorry & get it done. 2nd business lesson. If the TENANT calls for inspection and not the owner, 99.99999999% chance the tenant won't do the repair themselves. Why would any tenant do the job the landlord is obligated to do? 3. Mold is a serious matter. I expect a company who inspects mold to understand this principle. Funny how they scare you at inspection with words like hazard amake sure they emphasize how bad, dangerous and time importance to fix the mold mold but when they can't deliver a simple thing as time frame, all excuses and demand of money. 4. Then he blurts out "why the sudden urgency to get the report done when you been living with the mold for how long?" WTF? What does it matter how long I've lived with this mold? If your inspector promises fast report get it done instead of making stupid excuses and asking retarded questions and money that was never quoted. If you really needs to know like I mentioned above, we just moved in here and last week and after 2 days of moving we found all this mold. I couldn't take his nonsense and determination to fraud me anymore. He was trying to fraud me with the old bait and switch method. I added 1-2 curse words as I expressed my disagreement and shock of what this guy was saying. I did not curse at him but more curse in generaI. He blurts out "you are not being professional. Also he mentions if you are paying me you can talk to me anyways but not if you are not paying me... Wtf??? This proves this con is all about money and not service. I would have happily paid $80. Even $280 if they said it over the phone when I called for info. Like I said, it's the landlords money. This con of a owner has no business ethics. When I think of this co and owner, that movie pops in mind. GET RICH Or DIE TRYING. He even writes fake reviews about his own business. Picture proof below. Caught red handed.
