My husband and I were in the middle of moving and realized our new place hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, so I sought out a move-in cleaning focused solely on the kitchen/appliances, and two bathrooms, so we could focus on packing/unpacking. The pros: Maids At Your Service was incredibly responsive to my request, and was available the very next day. They were kind and efficient, and I felt much better after they'd done their work. The cons: Simply put, areas were missed. There was grime still left in the fridge doors, and in one of the medicine cabinets in the bathroom. It's just incredibly discouraging to find mess remaining in areas that we requested they focus on, especially when the scope of work didn't include any other rooms. We paid $225 for these three total areas. We'd been quoted $200 prior to the work being done. Although I appreciate how responsive and efficient they were, I'm afraid I don't feel our experience was worth the value in this case. read more

I've been using this crew since 2017. It was not bad at the beginning, easy to schedule, show up on time. But it went downhill after Christmas last year. I use them twice a month. One week prior to the show up, Rosa will ask me if a certain day was ok. But she would never give me what time until the day before they supposed to show up. And usually it would be around 6 or 7 pm. She would ask me if a certain time was ok. I don't have any choice! If not, she would simply tell me too bad, they weren't available any other time but that one hour. If I'm not ok, wait till next week then. Really?! I booked the day a week ago but got zero choice of what time? She's not sorry, not even give any choices, like " you don't like it, then find someone else" type of attitude. What I want to say is, you are a service company after all, if you are not providing good services, you will loose all your customers eventually! Wow wow wow! Let me start by saying that we have used the same girl for 14 years. While she wasn't phenomenal she was OK and because she had been with us for so many years we kind of kept having her back because at this point she become a friend in addition to her being our cleaning women. However because of a particular situation I was forced to have to find somebody to fill-in until she could start up again. Well what I thought would only be a one time cleaning has led me and my husband to have been so wowed by Rosa and her crew, that I just had to let our girl go. I was a little leery since we've only used our one girl, to have a crew of three working on my house. But after the first few minutes where I could see how attentive and diligent each were to the areas that they were cleaning I soon relaxed. Rosa and her crew will always come to you on the same day but she will call you the night before to let you know what time of day she will be coming. But let me tell you our house is sparkling more than it has ever sparkled before. She and her girls are professional and so thorough where they were cleaning things not only that had never been touched by our girl in all the years, they were doing things that I wouldn't even think would be looked at to be cleaned. Our white counters in our bathrooms are sparkling. Our stains under the rim of the toilets that had been there for years made only slightly lighter by our girl we had been using were magically gone. Rosa and her girls are polite and they also work until they get everything done. They are so thorough that they even found a remote control to one of our TV sets that we have lost over a year ago. Why were they able to find it...? Because they adhere to such details. They actually were pushing our heavy couch away from the window so that they could sweep and wash the floor behind it. They even cleaned the windows! We have a large dog and none of them had a problem with her even when she jumped up on one of the beds when they were making it LOL. While they charge more than what we have been paying our other girl, it is worth every penny. I have already booked them for the next time since we will be having them as we did with our previous girl every other week. Rosa speaks both English and Spanish where her two girls speak primarily only Spanish. If I had to find anything wrong with the experience yesterday the only thing would be is that for some reason they took our dog's leash which was hanging on the front door knob where it's been for the past 15 years, and when my husband went to walk the dog at 5:30 this morning the leash was no longer there and after us scouring the whole downstairs he found that they had put it in her pile of toys. But after that happened I texted Rosa letting her know that from now on to make sure they don't remove the leash as it is always supposed to be on the door knob so it can be easily found... I don't think there will be any other problems. It is such a great feeling yesterday and today to be walking through our house knowing that it is really really clean! I seriously cannot remember the last time that our counter tops sparkled. You can just feel how clean the house is. While it saddens me that I had to let our girl of 14 years go, I am so looking forward to having Rosa and her crew be part of our lives so that we know when they leave, we will be left with a clean feeling and a clean smelling home. We had Rosa and her girls in our house for the first time on Monday. They estimated three hours for a deep cleaning, but worked four hours at no additional charge! I am so happy with the spectacular job they did! Rosa came in with them, took them room to room and told them what to do in each room. The girls did everything! All our windows inside, the blinds, window sills, and the glass sliding doors to the yard were washed inside and outside! they even scrubbed the sliding door tracks. All mirrors were cleaned including our huge closet mirrors! They also scrubbed baseboards and celling fans! All this work was done along the regular vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms and mopping. Rosa returned during the finish and pointed out things she felt weren't done well and grabbed a rag and cleaner and jumped in! This house is perfectly clean now and smells wonderful. In the past, we used Molly Maids until I felt they were just not cleaning things very well and let them go.
