I order a few item from the website back around September/October. One of the item is received was the wrong item, I was supposed to received fleur de list earrings but got some knot earrings instead. Almost 3 weeks ago I return the wrong item via usps. It had been received a week later with no response or update on my return or refund despite my email. I am 100% done with this business, my experience with Cristy Cali is the absolute worse customer service I've ever had. Please also keep in mind I've had 2 terrible experiences here because I decided to give this company a second chance after they attempted to make amends months after my first problem. The first time I met Cristy Cali her jewelry knocked me out! I complimented her on it and she told me she designed it which blew me away. She was selling at Sterling Silva then, and the next morning found me there for her "Moonlight in New Orleans Collage Cuff" which remains one of my signature pieces to this day. I have followed her career since then...at Adlers and online. I have some "Please return to Nola" and some ""Queen of Hearts" pieces, and I can't wait to see all her other creations in person. This jewelry is well made and beautiful to see. I consider it heirloom quality, and everyone who sees it loves it when I wear it. Nobody is happier than I am to know she has a brick and mortor store. I so wish I could have been there for the opening festivities, but it just wasn't possible. But I will be there the minute I hit town next time. And I will have a hard time controlling myself. My husband bought me a necklace from this designer. Unfortunately, he had purchased an almost exact same necklace from another very popular local designer years before. He had a stroke about a year before this purchase and I didn't want to make him feel bad about forgetting so I contacted the company to return. It was an ordeal to say the least. The shop is only open certain days/times. I scheduled a time for my MIL to take it since I work when they're open. She went and knocked on the door as it was locked. No one answered. The store was closing soon and is approximately 30 minutes from my house. I didn't want to make my MIL go back so I contacted the company again and was told they were there and no one had knocked but they would be closing whether she was near or not. I told my MIL that they said they were in the store so she tried again and they opened the door. All of this hassle for a necklace I NEVER wore AND they charged me a restock fee!
