He looked at it and told us we had lug nuts loose on both of the front tires. He tightened all of them (even replaced a missing lug nut) and sent us on our way, no charge. Knowing that we were "in a fix" he could have totally taken advantage... but his kindness and character showed through! I wish we lived closer so we could continue to patronize his business!
