That being said, I have noticed most newer cars driving around Springfield have the "W" emblem on the back of them. That shows me Jeff Wyler sells a lot of vehicles to people who live in and around Springfield. Springfield gets a bad rap so most of the larger businesses in it seem to get the same bad mouthing as it does. With that said, I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler. The salesman that helped me was Rocky and he did a great job of getting me where I needed to be on price. Within a couple months of owning the vehicle a noise started under the hood, and I took it to Nate in the service department. The problem ended up being something that was not covered by the warranty I had. Nate worked hard with the sales team, and they were able to get my vehicle fixed at no charge. I am very grateful for the effort of service Jeff Wyler has provided me, and they will be getting all my future vehicle business. Tried to get fellow in parts depth to go find someone to pick up line to help me. I just got transferred to their stupid f*king AI virtual assistant who will only leave voice mail. Service guy was really nice, and explained to me what needs to be done to get rid of problem, Midas performed an great job of fixing problem. However; I took my Lincoln car to Dealership, and they informed me that rotors were low grade and will pose problems down the road. Dealership also informed me that cost of replacing rotors and brake pads was $187.12 more that they would have charged me. I am disappointed that Midas charged me more than Dealership charged me. Midas done a good job and tech was good, but don't understand why prices was higher than dealership. I took for granted that Midas would be cheaper than Lincoln Dealership, but boy was I wrong. That $187.12 could have helped me because living on a fixed income, every penny counts.
