I also needed a new battery, and the pricing for that was very reasonable as well. What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. The replacement tire was located at another Firestone, and instead of making me wait a couple of hours for delivery, the store manager, Wilson, actually drove to the other location himself to pick it up so I could get back on the road sooner. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. Another employee I had contact with, Karl, was outstanding, too. Appointments are always easy to make, prices are fair, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I've been coming to this Firestone location for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

He looked at it and told us we had lug nuts loose on both of the front tires. He tightened all of them (even replaced a missing lug nut) and sent us on our way, no charge. Knowing that we were "in a fix" he could have totally taken advantage... but his kindness and character showed through! I wish we lived closer so we could continue to patronize his business! He even called us about 30 min after we left to make sure the car was running better. I gotta tell you, this guy has customer service figured out! I highly recommend this mechanic shop.
