You are going to go back many, many times to get what ever work they did fixed. Bought 4 new tires for my truck, weights were slapping the backing plate on two tires. Told it was something sticky, new tire label... after three times to correct that, took the truck on the highway and had horrible vibration at speed. Back again, they admitted to static balancing a 18inch mag wheel. So calls to Mavis Corp got a return of install fees. Stay away and tell your friends! read more

Will never return to this place! I was rudely greeted by someone that acted like it was an inconvenience that I walked through the door. Stopped by to get an oil change and a rotation on my car then was told it would be a couple hours before it would be able to get serviced. Counter person said we are under staffed. That isn't my problem I saw a person in the back doing nothing. These guy are rude and unprofessional. Don't go here. EVER read more

I tried many times to contact customer service as directed but the form won't let me enter a location and without a store location I can't submit the form. I'm not surprised. This is one business to avoid unless you like to throw away money. I was never given an estimate and was shocked at the bill, I would never pay $393 for an oil change and a hose. read more

I had my oil changed on Friday without a problem. There is a great variation in quality of service. I just depends on who is working that day. I've generally be satisfied with the tires and services from this company and this location. read more

Unbelievable..i spent 1400$ there...Springfield branch..had the work done less than two months ago..new wheel bearings ( had to demand they do both,industry standard is one bad replace both..)replaced drag link and pitman arm as well as shocks...driving home on fri the truck started making a clunking noise..coincidence i was driving past ntb...stop in and ask them to look at it real quick...Fred..who couldnt hear a bomb going off next to him told me ...maybe 3 hours...maybe 4...i should make a appt..then walks out of office...so i drove straight home changing all my plans...crawl under the truck and the shock was hanging off...i called the shop and spoke to roger who told me to bring it down and they would "get around to it"...i called a mechanic friend to look at it...( im disabled and crawling under trucks isnt good for me)..he said they really messed up..the threads werent stripped...and the other was lose...sunday i decided to wait until i could call corporate...mon i called..no real help..took truck back..told oh they sometimes come lose...that they would replace the one shock...no addressing the other issues...after 2 hours they said they could get one shock so they would replace both( which i thought should have been done anyway...) I call corporate back they basically say nothing and no apologies at all...not at corporate or the shop.... I've been coming to this NTB for a while now all the way from the Beavercreek, which about an extra 30 minutes, but it's 100% worth the drive!!. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful with answering any questions I may have about my car! Today I came in for an oil change and I was in and out of the shop in a quick amount of time! The guys here are always going above and beyond when it comes to working on my car. They have never tried to tell me I need to get unnecessary work done to my car like other locations or stores. I come in to get my oil or tires looked at and if I need other items fixed they never make me feel pressured into buying something that I don't actually need. GREAT STORE!! Super rude and unprofessional. Stopped by as the tire on my truck was going flat. The guy told me he was booked for the day and if I waited 3-4 hours he could maybe look at it. Told him I would just put the spare on and he stated I could not do so on his lot and would need to leave to put the spare on. Asked if he could get me air at least so I could move off the lot. The kid who came out to put air in the tire couldn't even use the air hose. Won't return to any in the future. read more

Heads up to anyone in Springfield looking for an oil change....Stay the hell away from NTB on Bechtle! I just posted this on their FaceBook page. Took my vehicle to NTB several months back and had a high mileage oil change done on my SUV. Took it today to my normal place and they wouldn't touch my SUV because someone at NTB had cross threaded my drain plug to my oil pan. Went back to NTB and they looked at it and told me that it was a manufacturer's defect basically (told me that the manufacturer uses a stronger metal on the inside and a softer aluminum on the outside and that causes the stripping) and that after 80,000-90,000 miles, the thread wears out. Was told that they were going to replace the oil pan and re-drill the hole, they were just waiting on the oil pan to be delivered. Two hours later, they come tell me that they can't get the oil pan that was on its way until the next day and instead as a convenience to me, they were going to put a plug in that would re-thread the hole. Then they proceeded to tell me that my oil pan would eventually need replaced at my expense of over $1200. And that I would probably have to come back to them to have the oil changed since it was no longer the original factory plug on the oil pan. If it was showing signs of wear when they originally did the oil change, why was I not told all this then? Thanks for screwing up my SUV and leaving me with the bill. I will never step foot back in that place and I will warn everyone about them. They have until Monday to get back with me or I'm contacting the Attorney General for Ohio. read more

Wow I see now why they are only rated with 2 and half stars. The Service Manager I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful but the staff not so much! When I spoke to the Manager I ask him if we needed to bring in our Motorhome in earlier than Friday to insure that the tires could get put on and be ready by Friday late afternoon/evening he said no problem it would be a long job but we could pick it up Friday after I got off work and head to our campground. This was NOT the case we dropped it off at 8:15 this morning and you could tell the guys were not happy to see us pull in and when we went to pick it up they had only replaced two of the tires, supposedly the broke their jack but no one bother to tell us they were having issues. We were nice enough to go a head and purchase the rest which we did NOT have to do but did and took them down to Grismer Tires which had no problems changing the four other tires and had us up and out in no time which is Awesome considering this was like at after 3:30 on a Friday. I went in a month ago to get 2 new tires which are already low on air! they took me back to garage where my car was because they said there was a leak and they wanted to show me where it was. It was leaking coolant everywhere. When I went in there I had no leaks and I'm pretty sure I would have known if I had a leak that bad! They wanted to charge me $250 to get a hose changed and they couldn't do it till the next day! I called my mechanic and he said he could fix it for $100. They will mess your car up just so they can get more money off of you and especially if you are a woman! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! If I could give a 0 rating I would!! read more
