I stated that I did not want my dog crated for an extended amount of time. I was told that the person grooming him would be back in about 10 minutes. I was told it would take about 2 hours. I live 35 minutes away so I waited in the area for 2 hours and 15 minutes then went in to see if they had finished. They had not even started! My dog had been crated over 2 hours! Common sense would dictate that the manager or someone would call me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to do my dog long before he had been in a crate for 2 hours! This was horrible service and should not have happened. It was a waste of over 3 hours of my time while my dog was laying in a crate at Petsense! I realize this email will probably not do anything to improve customer service but I will not be returning to Petsense Grooming and will post my review everywhere possible.
