We just love the work that Austin and Andrew do in getting rid of uninvited critters. We love them…read moreso much that we have used their service twice! The first time was for a bat inside our pool enclosure, which Andrew caught and relocated. He also sealed all potential entries to prevent bats or other critters from getting into our attic. The second time was for field rats, again, inside our pool enclosure. Since our home backs up to preserves, it is not uncommon for critters to want to invite themselves in. Austin set traps and Andrew sealed potential entry points to the pool enclosure and again up on the roof (a new roof from the previous one he had previously sealed) to prevent entry into the attic. For now, we are free of uninvited guests, thanks to Austin and Andrew. They were great to work with and we will use their service again in the future, if needed.

In today's world, you can't get people to call you back, and if they do call back, they don't show…read moreup when they promise to. If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it.
