This is a racquet and very unethical business practice. When calling to follow up and ask about the service that was provided the owner Daniel stated "he would deny the allegations" and refused to come out and talk to his customers about the process. Reporting him to BBB and discuss a policy with our HOA to restrict against these unethical practices.
