Kristian was very personable and quick to answer the phone every time we called. We called the morning of our dogs passing and was able to drop him off shortly after. He was thorough in telling us everything that was going on and walking us through the catalog of all our options (which there are many!) We chose a nameplate for our dogs urn which is done through a different company and did take a while to come in. They did give us the option to pick our dog up sooner though and get the name plate another time. Our name plate came in with a mistake but Kristian answered immediately and is going to make sure it's corrected for us. Overall very satisfied with our experience, especially since losing a pet/member of the family is difficult enough to begin with. Thanks Kristian for helping us during this process!

Christian and Family Pet Memorial have been a wonderful help to us twice in the last 4 months. We…read morelost a 14 year old cat in April and a 15 year old dog in August. He has made everything very easy during those heartbreaking times. We chose a private cremation and then opted for a witness cremation. He is always professional, caring and consoling. Christian always answers his phone or text messages within minutes. We asked our veterinarian about these services in April. Most vets team up with Pet Angel. We found out that they send your pet to Mobile and then on to Louisiana for about a 3 week process. Not a very comforting thought if you're wanting YOUR pet's ashes back. Everything at Family Pet Memorial is on site, local, private and in both of our cases let us pick the day of the cremation. We even got to wait a couple hours and take our pets ashes home the same day. If you read a lot of reviews for pet cremation services, they don't exactly get many happy clients for numerous reasons. Family Pet Memorial does exactly what they say they will do, quickly and even while you wait if you select the day. I can't even think of using anyone else for services like this. Recently I found what I thought was an abandoned kitty. It was on a Saturday and someone answered the phone and helped me post information about this kitty. They also allowed me to buy a spay/neuter treatment for $25, which was a great deal. We found the cat's owners in a few days. It was already "fixed" so I gifted back the gift card to the vet who was so nice to honor it. This is a no-kill halfway house and I hope anyone considering a pet will utilize this society.
