Some man…read morewho was not very welcoming to me or MJ, just grabbed the leash, disappeared into the back like he was running a top-secret CIA operation, then returned two minutes later to inform me she had failed. Failed what, exactly? Standing there looking adorable? His reasoning was she didn't approach their 'test dog.' Now, I don't know about you, but I was raised to believe it's actually polite NOT to run up to strangers uninvited. Maybe MJ just has better manners than the average dog? Sorry she didn't charge in for a meet-and-greet like a politician at a county fair. Now, MJ is a rescue, and she is cautious, but she is also the most loving, sock-stealing, cuddle-demanding dog you'll ever meet. Fortunately, we took our business to The Palms Dog Resort, where they actually met MJ, treated her with kindness, and now she loves going there. I recently had to put my Labradoodle Maverick to sleep and they made a really difficult situation as easy... as possible. Dr. Dixon was amazing with Maverick. She made sure he was comfortable on top of a fluffy blanket, sedated him so he wasn't in pain or anxious while I said my goodbyes. As she administered the meds, she whispered beautiful things to him as he drifted off to his final sleep. I was so thankful to have this experience with Dr. Dixon And ALL the staff at Bay Animal Clinic. Also, thank you to the sweet vet tech who made sure Mavi had the cutest candy corn bandana on before he left us.

My 22 y.o. started failing quickly. I had a place that did home euthanization and I knew I wanted Sparky to die at home and not with the stress of a drive and an office where he knew bad stuff happens. I was the very first home euthanization on their brand-new service. Thank you! My other place was closed, another referral was 2 weeks out. Parvin came the next day and right on time. I had both a doctor and an assistant. They let me cry, play Sparkś favorite music and were just wonderful. It has been 6 hours and I am smiling instead of crying. The payment was allowed in advance so all I had was a couple of kind people in my home, making my Sparkyś life-end as good as grabbing loose meat from a cookout on the patio floor. Maybe I will get another companion besides my derelict half-feral Lucille one day. Parvin is my go-to forever now. RIP Sparky Van Cleave

I had found out she…read morehad cancer in her eye and I choose Dr Parvin to do some xrays and an ultrasound to be sure it had not spread. After he did that, he called me and we spoke in length about her and what he thankfully did not find. Instead of taking her back to the eye specialist , I decided to have Dr Parvin do the surgery of removing her eye. The girls that answer the phone and helped me out multiple times with questions were so helpful! I felt like I was bothering them, but they never let me feel that way. They got my questions answered and were always very kind. Dr Parvin and your team, thank you for keeping my baby in good hands and always giving me updates. My only complaint is that I do not get to meet y'all in person because of Covid, but I hope soon we can! :) Pepper Ann is doing great since her surgery. This worried momma is very thankful!

A lot of funding goes to these women to help these poor feral cats in our area but ,no one represents them or helps you If you call for vouchers or traps to fix them if is a real shame you get no help. The Humane Society will give you accidentally the CC. Just remember before you trap the cat look to see if his or her ear is clipped, it just might be a cat already taken care of by a veterinarian after someone bought voucher. In that case it is just a poor wondering hungry cat that the coalition didn't check on. Be careful before you waste your hard earned money or call the helpful cat Coalition. They might surprisingly check the cat for you Good Luck
