First, it's located just a few miles from where I live in Monroe/Snohomish. Second their charge to house 2 dogs was far more reasonable than any other places in the area. Lastly, Melissa was responsive to all my calls and emails. Their business is there home so someone is there pretty much all the time. They separate the big dogs from the little ones and everyone has their own place. Plenty of room in the backyard to run and play and they have a pool. I highly recommend Lucky Dog Resort.

Our pei's loved it so much that we increased it to 5-days a week. They look forward to it so much that they wait by the front door around the same time every day...at least that's what we've observed when working from home :) Michele and her team are amazing, I love that we get a status check in every day that includes a picture of the pack. In addition, they bring in packages without asking. We've also availed ourselves of the overnight service for recent out of town travels, while it can be expensive, it's well worth knowing that our pei's are safe in their own home, with the attention and exercise they deserve. Julie and Alan are truly genuine caring people and it shows with the quality of customer service and care they provide for pet owners and pets. My dogs stayed in a standard room which was nice and clean. I like their rule of no outside blankets or dog beds to prevent the spread of flees. I appreciated them taking the dogs out to potty and maintaining their regular home routine unlike other kennels that have the dogs do their business in the same place they sleep. What I like most about CCCR is the 5 hours of doggy play time they get daily. My dogs were able to play and be around other dogs of all sizes in a closely monitored environment. I am still in awe that my dogs were socialized for 5 hours a day and did well. It was such a joy looking at their pictures from the last few days on the TV in the lobby too. Such a great experience and I would 100% recommend CCCR to anyone needing to kennel their dogs.
