I saw Dr. Crocker years ago after a rear end collision. My passenger and I made separate appts and were both self pay until my insurance reimbursed. During my visit we went over the xrays only to be told not only did I have whiplash, which I knew from the wreck but I also had scoliosis. I found that strange since at my age we were checked yearly for that exact reason in school. I immediately left the office, made an appt to my regular PCP, Dr Hite in Lebanon. We did my xrays and low and behold I do not have scoliosis. My passenger was warned but we went ahead and sent him to see what he was told, and go figure he's got scoliosis as well. We all received treatment somewhere else and recovered fine. Then today I learned a friend of ours has gone to see Dr Crocker and guess things haven't changed. He has scoliosis also. Heads up if you see this man, I would definitely get a second opinion, your livelihood may depend on it. I like Dr. Jack but feel like he used scare tactics and the gift to bs to hook me and my family into care plans. He didn't produce the results he said we would get. But he did get a lot of our money. Throughout our treatment visits there was a noticeable turnover rate of his young female staff which resulted in misinformation and billing confusion. read more

We just LOVE Dr. Crocker & his entire staff. My husband & I went here for the first time in January of 2016. We were both in much need of an adjustment. Headaches, backaches & sciatic were all getting too much bear anymore pain. We both were totally flabbergasted by Dr. Jack's findings & thoroughness of his work. Dr. Jack Crocker is a nice well mannered person who can compel a person to spend a lot more money than is truly needed. My Wife & I entered his care after a reduced rate entry exam. He consulted us to enter his "care plan" that included adjustments, electronic therapy, & badly needed decompression. All in a 3 month plan that would change the way we live. Sounds great, my wife is suffering from scoliosis, as well as my Son. Dr. Jack set all three of us up for a 3 month care plan. After 3 months I had a major debt, no notable change in my Son's scoliosis, my Wife still had major headaches, & I suffered from back pain that never seemed to get corrected. Dr. Jack's answer: a new nifty care plan that we could pay monthly for, plus another series of decompression. This is on top of the initial debt from his fist care plan. I finial broke suit & went to a different Chiropractor. I received immediate relieve from one of my ongoing problems. From one visit!!!!! No care plans & no decompression. If I could sue Jack Crocker I would. I will never return to his office. read more
