All the staff are equally trained and qualified to step into any position in case of call outs. The drive thru is always opened. All the staff are very helpful and kind and respectful. They are always fully staffed, compared to big corporate pharmacies that makes a pharmacist work by themselves. Their new clinical pharmacist is just a joy. He is so smart and helpful. I had an issue and asked to have my prescription mailed to me, which I was told,no problem. A few hours later they called me to tell me they had an issue. Rather than tell me it would be mailed later, the young lady offered to deliver it. The billing has been a nightmare and I was recently turned over to collection for charges I had never seen before! The customer service people are extremely rude and I've had to get my insurance company on the phone with them to resolve disputes in billing. I've even gone as far as not using my equipment for 6 months to avoid having to deal with them. The local office gives me no assistance whatsoever.
