I thought medical employees took an oath to do no harm? He would not listen to my husband or myself about our two year old's issue with liquid medication. He proceeded to tell us to "sit on him whatever we have to do to hold him down and squeeze his cheeks hard enough so he cannot refuse the medication" They had four adults trying to force 5MLs of liquid steroids down my child's throat, we finally said enough! We requested the antibiotic as a shot since it would ensure he got the medication and got better instead of traumatizing him twice a day for 10 days for him to not even get enough of the medication for him to actually heal and recover properly. He was rude, and crass, essentially telling us we were not competent parents because we couldn't force medication down his throat. Even worse, the discharge paperwork did not even notate what medical they partially forced down his throat--I actually took a picture of the package the nurses opened before they gave it to him. The nurse said she would notate in the discharge summary that he did not get a full dose--she did not even notate what he was given at all--they put he was not given any medicine! I have provided pictures below as proof. If you want to live and not be forced fed medication by incompetent medical staff then have your paperwork falsified by that same staff I highly suggest you steer clear of this office!

My mother has had 2 separate times of her going to the emergency department, usually late at night, and been sent to sit in the waiting room for HOURS. Once, we thought that she had a massive leaking infection in a recent surgical site (thank God that was not the case!) and she waited for 4 hours before we realized our mistake and she decided to just come home. Tonight, she needed help with an extremely painful leaking cyst on the back of her thigh. She wad made to sit on that extremely painful cyst (being flat out denied a place to at least lay down as she cried in the waiting room) for FIVE HOURS. Meanwhile, every cough and sneeze that walked in was given a bed before her. I don't know what happened to patient care at this "hospital" but clearly it has died in a corner somewhere....I recommend checking the waiting area.

She addresses each issue I talked about. Comes up with a couple of ways to deal with it and boom! We're done! She's so smart!! Dr. Luthy has never judged me by my past. I'm treated like a person not just a patient. I hope she's going to be there for a long time. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had a few friends wishing she would take new patients so they can get in to see her. I like the clinic. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I also like that Dr. Luthy doesn't keep guessing over and over what you might have, just for the sake of money! She will refer me to a specialist in that area and there are still some doctors out there guessing!! I've been down that road. No thanks! I'm treated like a person. He actually listened and was very talkative! First primary doctor that has been as caring as he was. I also switched my primary nurse Practitioner over to Sherry, she is quick but extremely efficient and very detailed orientated. Finally quality care for this area!!
