Poor service, you may be charged more than you agree too. The store apparently can't control this. I went to the store this past weekend. I was charged an addition fee for a donation. I thought it was strange as I didn't hit any button to make a donation. At first they didn't see it on the receipt and I had to double check my bank account to see that I was actually charged. I am not happy with how the cashier handled this. In store I asked and they said that it has nothing to do with them. This all goes through the charity. This was without eye contact. Looking down and away, no apology, no follow up or other steps to be taken. The manager overheard, told me I would need to contact the charity and offered to get me the charity's number. It seemed like this happened before. I've contacted the charity and they'd told me I have to contact the location as this has nothing to do with them. I'm unhappy with being charged something I didn't agree to. It wasn't a large amount but the principle. My rating is because I'm upset with how the cashier handled this. I tried to call the store at Aurora Farms using the number given in website. Never answered. When I arrived no one said hello.. I asked why they did not answer their phone and they said it never rang.. i called it in the store and it never rang. I asked one of the three women there and she just shrugged and could not care less. Apparently answering the phone is optional. Mia was helpful the other two NOT. I had to ask one of the " staff" to please move so I could see a style I was interested in and he seemed annoyed but eventually moved out of the way. One woman went to help a guy that came in but the one that was workibg there two years ago did not budge, helping was not on her agenda. Give 0 to them. Terrible to customer. be careful of being cheated. Double check your receipt after you check out. Before you buy they promise there is discount. But they do not apply their discount when you check out. If you find the problem and as them, none admit what they said. Too rude to customers. read more

If I could give 0 stars based on customer service alone I would. Have been treated terribly. No one speaks when you walk in. Very rude responses are given. I was lied to and told they couldn't give store credit after being unable to find my receipt yet offering any information to pull it up including the date and time they were bought. read more

I went to the crocs outlet last night at 8:20 with three of my kids. As we entered we smiled and said hello, and ....nothing but blank, angry stares. The woman and the girl with pink hair offered no help or service and just looked as if they were angry and upset just to be there. Worst, we were followed by a man with a broom and shirt that read " If you can read this your standing too close" yet ironically he followed our every step very closely and every time my son tried on one pair of crocs and set them down to compare sizes he said gruffly, " Do you want those?" Do you want those? As if he was trying to get us to leave the store a half hour before it closed. He grumbled " it's not that hard to put the shoes away if you don't want them" when we were only comparing two pairs of shoes at a time. This prompted my daughter to ask him if they really were open till 9 as if maybe they closed at 8 and we did not know and that was why there was so much aggression towards us. This was only 8:30 at this point. A few minutes later the little one had to use the bathroom and we asked him if he could hold the 2 pair of shoes at the desk for a few minutes , he said "NO , they will be here when you get back" I wanted to walk out without buying them but that would not have affected this staff- just my own child who wanted shoes. I do not understand how a business can operate with employees like that. After reading the other Yelp reviews it made sense. Customers were warned and it seems like nothing was done from months ago. There were literally 3 rude employees all working together at the same time last night but not wanting to be there. Not only that -they hated the fact that customers actually wanted to come in. Isn't that what companies want? My bigger kids did not understand why they were acting like that. The man was literally hateful, almost abusive making people very uncomfortable and we did nothing to him to make him hate us. It was actually disturbing. The real rating is zero. I would love contact from a real manager to discuss this further. Thank you! read more
