Anyway, tried them on, one was huge on me so the very next day I went to SUCKS to return it. The woman, then the manager wouldn't accept it saying it looked worn: pointed some little snug on the bottom and wrinkles/creases in some areas that only them saw. I literally got the package after 6pm the day before, so unless I worn them to bed.... it was a real pain to return them, but trying to accuse me of returning an used item- they can go to hell. Sticking to Nordstrom from now on. I prefer being ignored while I shop because I hate talking, but if that's not your thing- prepare to not be acknowledged at all. Oh and shoe department is a joke!

This particular store has friendly sales associates, a good selection of clothes and fun jewelry. These aren't clothes that will generally last forever but they're at such a good price they don't have to. I also like that they have wide-width shoes. Fun to pop into Cato's on occassion for some flair of color and see what's new.

We needed some help, but there was nobody around. We went to the register, the lady admittedly said she didn't j ow how the Tilly hat adjusted. At $95.00, happy to get it, however, he wasn't quite comfortable with how to adjust it. We went back to loo, at others, I showed him another brand, it seemed easier for him to adjust. It was lighter fabric, covered his ears, and he was comfortable with it. We went to purchase it, the line had one register person and was 6 people deep. They finally called others to check people out. This helped. The store is pricey, no help and long wait at 10:45 am on a Wednesday. It offered no value that I couldn't get online next time. We could've easily ordered a few and returned what we didn't like. I love to support retail brick and mortar, but this experience does not provide a reason with no customer Service and a waste of time! The store was clean. That is a plus. Another plus, getting there at 10 a.m. when they open, parking is reasonable.

The Nike clothing is locked up and you have to find someone to help you unlock to be able to try on. They had one person working on the bottom floor. She had to run the register, help unlock items, and assist in finding things for customers. With that being said we did find some good deals on the clearance rack. It was just an odd experience.

As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.
