All three employees greeted me, kept asking if I needed assistance, and were eager to tell me about the different brands. I walked out with a pair of boots and a pair of running shoes. Besides the outlet prices (which still aren't the cheapest in this mall), I got another 25% if which ended up being huge! (Honestly. Saved about $50. Saw the same shoe at Scheels later. Got a deal at Tradehome!) Love the brands here.

Not only is he so pleasant, so kind-he does all the work for you, taking shoes on and off, tying them, then says don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it. And he doesn't give up until he finds the shoe you are most satisfied with. But he also helps you understand how to choose the right shoe based on your personal needs. He took care of both my husband and I-then I took my friend in and he did the same thing for her. We are very happy with our shoes-and it's so refreshing to see someone be excellent in their field and genuinely care about their customers.

But I did find some fantastic purple pumps and they had my little foot size. Although, I usually wear a 5 and ended up in a 6.5. So I don't know if it was the brand or the store, but if you don't see your size, try on something close. You'd be surprised.

There were 2 different store employees who stopped to ask me if I need help finding anything. They were very nice, and they even thanked me for stopping into their store. I did find a nice pair of walking shoes that I wanted, but then realized I didn't have enough cash on me to pay for them (I'm waiting for my new debit card to come in.) I did buy a package of socks, so I didn't leave the store empty handed. While I was there, I browsed the store and noticed that they have a huge selection of anything to do with sports. Sports equipment, sporting clothes, and sports accessories. It's a very nice store. I will definitely go back to get the walking shoes I want as soon as my debit card comes in.

for as long as i've been living in tulsa within two different eras, i don't recall there ever being…read morean outlets here (tulsa hills was the closest thing to it). this was a big deal to me for outlets finally coming here, especially always hearing about this happening in the near future, to being built, to officially being here. when it comes to tulsa and something brand new, i tend to wait some time before i check it out. for the first visit, we went during the week & it wasn't bad at all as far as it being packed. you have the usuals here: nike, adidas, journey's, crocs, etc (my go-to spots when it comes to outlets). i shop here strictly for shoes & i will say they have a very good adidas store. i tend to cap off my visits with getting something from tea bear teahouse (i've been there a handful of times). i'm glad there's an area i can finally shop at without having to wait to see when's the next time i'll be able to in okc (which is what i originally did before this one took place).

No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

I have always had great service when it comes to Rack Room Shoes. It is usually my favorite store,…read moreuntil today. They have great sales and carry a variety of name brands and the staff is always helpful and never pushy. Today was the first time we went to this particular store, located at the newly opened Tulsa Premium Outlet Mall. My husband and I had spent the better of 2 hours trying on shoes for him with not one staff member asking , if we needed help, smiled or said "Hi, how's it going?" or, "Can I help you with anything?" Nope?? OK! No biggie, I got this! We finally found 2 pair he liked and as the employee is ringing us up, we looked for socks, which are right there at the check out. We couldn't find his size and she made no attempt to help, she just stood at her register with a look of inconveniencine, she even made a noise like, jeez, as if she were doing a head nod, eye roll, at us. Mind you, it is not 6 o'clock yet. We found the socks in his size and the color, it is now 5:58, we had gotten a BOGO 50% off, but the pair we picked out wasn't a BOGO. Now we are literally shopping on the shelf right infront of her register. We know they are closing so we are rushing!! I mean it is now 6:03 when another employee steps out of nowhere to tell us it is now closing time and I'm going to have to ask you to leave, because we cannot close our registers until the doors are locked. We had the pair he liked to replace the other pair, working as fast as we can, my husband is putting a pair back in its box, while I am grabbing the box he likes, while BOTH of the employees just glared at us. We both stopped what we were doing, with my husband saying that we were so sorry to inconvenience them and started to the door when we heard one of them say, I guess I'll put these back for you. Really?!??! People, when we opened the door to leave I looked at my watch and it was 6:04!!! They had refused to help us or give an extra few minutes to check out. So they lost a good sale, in the range of $200 or more. Worse than that, they lost me, a great customer! I won't be back to that store.
