Shoes are displayed nicely throughout the store and there are a few places to sit and try on shoes. It's never been overly busy the times we've been here and the workers are generally standing around chatting. They've always acknowledged us every time we walk in, but if you want help, we've had to go up and ask. But they are always more than willing to help out once you've asked. Prices are fair and there always seems to be some sort of deal going on. My only complaint is that our purchases here never seem to wind up on our Skechers Elite card. Not sure if it's an issue with our card or what, but I always have to contact customer support and email in a copy of the receipt to get credit for our purchase. Overall though, quite happy with Skechers.

I never really shopped at Merrell before today, but hubby ran a Tough Mudder and Merrell shoes were recommended especially for muddy areas. He did order them online and LOVED them. We decided to stop in and see what was available. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly that it made our experience extra special. The prices were reasonable, and the quality was top notch. Walked away with a rain jacket, t-shirts, sneakers (very comfy), kid school shoes and various other items. I'm glad I walked in as I found a ton of cool items. This store is now on my "I must visit" list when I hit the outlets. I'll be back!

I seem to always have a hard time finding my son sneakers. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed and for good reason. There was a big sale going on. I usually hit the back wall first to see what sneakers are on clearance. I always seem to find a great deal. The sneakers are high quality and very comfortable so I can buy without trying them on my feet. They also have a nice selection of sports clothes. The retail price is high in my opinion so I hit the clearance racks to see what's available. I usually walk out with a bunch of good deals at the Outlet store. Staff was helpful and nice. A few different floor staff came by to see if I needed help. I'll definitely be back.

My Dad was looking for some waterproof boots for a trip, and we found exactly what we were looking for in 5 minutes!! (Not to mention 25% off on boots what are the odds). First of all, you know there's certain quality difference between what you get at an outlet store and a regular retail store. However, the differences are almost negligent for me. I believe this is true with any store in an outlet mall. Of course, what they offer in an outlet store is at least season or so older than a retail ones. I'd guess the unsold merchandise often make their way to an outlet store. That's not a real issue to me, either. Second, customer service varies quite a bit among sales associates, and that's normal at any retail stores. Quite obviously some are genuinely interested in helping you out and, therefore, making larger profits, and others are just collecting their paychecks. I just ran into a combination of both negative issues at this location, and I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Too bad.
