The cutest little Parisian bakery! I've loved everything I've tried, but their croissants are the best I've ever had. Must try!

Wrapping up the weekend with a sweet treat for me and Wifey at Patisserie by Sheila Anne over in Jenks. It was quiet when we stopped in around noon but there was still a solid selection of delectable treats. I opted for a piece of Italian cream cake and wifey got a croissant with raspberry and almonds. My cake was rich and delicious. I decided to half my slice and safe the rest for tomorrow. It was so moist and felt great to eat but I found it a little rich and very sweet. The older I get the harder it is for me to just got through a whole dessert. I'm okay with that, fewer calories per intake and I a have a treat for tomorrow!!! Wifey enjoyed her croissant and wait was so flaky and wasn't too sweet overall but also opted to eat half and enjoy the rest for breakfast. Overall a cool little spot just outside of downtown and a place I'll be making subsequent visits to!

Delicious breakfast crepe! Ham, cheese, egg!! The ham was too salty for my taste, but the dish was lovely!! My friend had a cheese omelette and was most satisfied with her meal!! We will return to try the pastries next time!!

Love this place so much I went twice in two days! The pastries.... Man oh man. They also have real food... I wasn't there for that but I'd love to have a meal there sometime.

What a treat, now we can have a sit down meal at our favorite patisserie! Le restaurant exceeded expectations. I had the cowboy crepe and it was perfection. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict and it has spectacular flavor. Topped it off with fresh squeezed orange juice. Looking at all the delectable dishes being served I think I need to try every single thing on that menu. Equally important, the service was impeccable!

Such a cute and classy little shop with crazy good pastries! I stopped in and got a Brownie and Pain au Chocolat to go. The brownie was so good and soft with delicious icing, though it was a bit small. The pain au chocolat was marvelously buttery and flaky, with just enough filling. I spent a little over $9 including a tip. The cashier was very professional and helpful. Next time I'll definitely want to sit in their super cute seating area or outside.

Service and Atmosphere: The atmosphere exudes playful elegance, with bold striped awnings casting a Parisian flair against soft teal walls. Brass-framed shelving and curated artisan goods evoke a refined boutique charm. Service was warm and attentive, led by two knowledgeable and welcoming individuals who created a genuinely enjoyable experience. I also had the opportunity to meet Kate, the bread baker, whose energy, enthusiasm, and clear passion for her craft were a standout part of the visit. French Baguette The baguette features a beautifully composed interior and a traditional French flavor profile, complete with a slight tang on the finish. The shaping leans rustic, giving it a hand-formed charm. The primary critique lies in the crust. The exterior lacks the crisp texture expected of a classic baguette. This may stem from insufficient moisture during baking. Still, it's a respectable loaf and a promising start. Red wine loaf with soaked raisins and pistachios. This bread is simply tremendous. Each bite opens with deep, fermented notes of red wine, followed by a rich, bready warmth laced with bursts of sweet raisin and a nutty pistachio finish. It's complex, layered, dense and beautifully balanced--a true pièce de résistance. This loaf stands out not just in Tulsa, but across Oklahoma. It's easily one of the most remarkable breads I've tasted in the state. Again, the only critique is that there is not much contrast between the interior and exterior. Rose Entremet Visually, the rose entremet is inviting, its molded shape drawing the eye with a sense of charm. Texturally, it lacks refinement: the mousse is overly soft, almost airy to the point of collapse, and without the support of a chocolate shell or defined interior layers, the piece feels unfinished. The passion fruit center offers a bright, tangy contrast, but the flavor clashes with the visual cue. In modern pastry, while not a strict rule, the form often gestures toward flavor--rose, lychee, or berry would more intuitively match a rose mold. Here, visual storytelling and taste are at odds, resulting in a visually alluring but conceptually muddled dessert. Chocolate Mousse Cake with raspberry and fresh fruit An absolutely gorgeous pastry, this dessert delivers a light, ethereal mousse that melts effortlessly on the palate. Each bite begins with rich notes of dark chocolate ganache, transitions into a creamy, decadent milk chocolate center, and finishes with subtle hints of cake and raspberry. It's beautifully balanced--elegant, indulgent, and composed with restraint. Chocolate Cake The cake is bland, offering little depth or richness in its chocolate flavor. The frosting resembles over whipped whipped cream--airy but dry, with a chalky texture that crumbles rather than spreads. Croissant The croissant shows good lamination and a standard flavor profile, but lacks the deep, rich butteriness that defines a high-quality croissant. A slightly sweet glaze tops the pastry, adding a touch of interest. An average croissant. Pan au Chocolate w/almonds The pastry features an average amount of a medium-grade chocolate. While technically sound, it lacks the richness and sharpness found in higher-end versions. Overall, it's an average pain au chocolat. An average croissant. Cherry Turnover The puff pastry lacks character, its flavor leaning more toward neutral oil than the deep butteriness expected from a well-executed puff. The cherry filling is tangy and approachable, but its texture and sweetness recall mass-produced turnovers--predictable, safe, and ultimately forgettable.

The bakery is outstanding, however today we had breakfast at the new restaurant. The coffee is top notch and the food was fantastic. I had eggs, bacon and toast. My husband had French toast. Serving sizes were perfect, service was amazing and the restaurant is adorable. This is a new favorite for us. The vibe is French Country meets Tea room. Perfect for Bridal showers, parties etc. This is a Saturday morning must do.

She made me a "17" cake for my daughter's birthday. I am incredibly happy with how beautiful & delicious it was.

I came in today to try their strawberry cream croissant and chocolate beignet and they both did not disappoint! The croissant was flaky, buttery, has so many layers and the cream was light and not too sweet but just enough! It was so good! I've never had a beignet before but now I'm a fan! This is my new favorite place and I'm so glad like I said before that Jenks has a bakery like this!

So nice our little town has a French bakery! I have tried a variety of pastries and my favorite are the thin, chewy chocolate chip cookies.

Once I arrived in person staff was just as friendly as on the phone, even allowing me to get the footage I needed for content. When you first arrive the place instantly stands out among the other local shops. It is big, beautiful and looks like a very classy place to eat. Upon walking in it was extremely clean, staff was busied doing their job but still friendly. And it looks like a place you can really sit down, and enjoy your meal. Now the Pastries, oh my gosh the pastries. If you're not aware of Too good to go, it is a service restaurants use to help eliminate food waste by selling orders at a discount price rather than throwing the food away. Every single thing I got from there was soft, tasty, croissants were flaky delicious, whether the food was sweet or savory it was all good. My whole family enjoyed this plentiful box of treats. This is a place I was wanting to try but it is a bit far from where I live so I hadn't yet. I will say it is definitely worth the drive and I will certainly be back again.
