They also managed to lose 10 of my brass collar stays, and when I returned to ask for them the woman stated 'we cannot guarantee the collar stays'. So basically she told me she can't guarantee that my shirts are going to come back the same way they went in. This is supposed to be a place where your shirts come back BETTER than they went in! I'm thankful for wrinkle free dress shirts, as I have always loathed the dry cleaners. They always manage to mess something up, and 'Top' cleaners in Glastonbury is no exception.

My blue hoodie, which used to be bright and smooth, is now an ashy blue. The bubble lettering on both the front and back is cracked. I've washed this hoodie at home multiple times before without a single issue, so either their chemicals were way too harsh or they carelessly threw it in a dryer. The coral pink hoodie lost all color in the lettering and looks washed out too. And to make it worse, the stains I originally brought them in for still aren't gone. I paid $8 per hoodie, and honestly -- I got what I paid for. I even attached before-and-after photos of my blue hoodie so you can see just how badly the color was drained. I'm devastated because these were 1-of-1 pieces that can't be replaced. To top it off, I was told my order would be ready in two days, but it wasn't. I couldn't bring my hoodies on my trip, and when I finally picked them up a week later, this is what I got. *I came back now calm, there is a lot of pilling on the inside of the material, they're definitely too aggressive.* Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

She explained they couldn't find it as when a button comes off during cleaning it will usually "go down the drain". So there's no screen or something to prevent this ????
