He explained his lack of communication after my first visit due to being extraordinarily busy, but he did eventually reach out and make amends. As far as I am concerned, I am a satisfied customer now. Original review: Got my 2020 Mazda MX-5 GT tinted at Ahmed's shop a week ago. It came out... "eh...OK". Passenger side window came out perfect; driver side window was cut crooked in one spot and has a much larger gap around the edge, especially at the lower corner. Not happy about that. The rear window - well - he warned me about it - the wires for the defroster are in the way, so it's hard to get underneath them, but - see the photos and judge for yourself. I feel like it wasn't cut straight - it just seems jagged. Installer also left the clear plastic backing of the ceramic tint sheet laying in my back soft top cavity (didn't realize it until I was driving around with the top up and heard the wind blowing it all over the back). I did reach out to Ahmed the same day the job was done and express my concerns, but did not hear back from him. The day after, I reached out again - and he replied and said he'd redo the driver side window. I asked him to let me know when he could get me in... and I never heard back from him. It's been almost a week. So.... do what you will with that info before you book any work here.
