Supreme detailed it better than the dealership's people. It's cleaner than when I bought it. My Mustang is also beautifully done. And again, cleaner than the dealership. I brought my car here to have a complete detail. This involves their full interior, exterior, and engine compartment treatment. I dropped my 2013 Lincoln MKS off at 9:15 AM. They called me at 3 PM letting me know the car was completed. I can't stress enough how good the car came out. I typically keep my vehicles clean, but they still managed to take my Lincoln to the next level. Their detail took several years off the appearance of my car. I took my car to Supreme Detailing for the first time this past Saturday. Tina answered all of my questions on the phone ahead of time. My car was done earlier than they promised. It was beautiful. I just had the interior done, but they did my trunk also. My steering wheel had been a mess from touching my face and then the wheel, the young man who did the detailing got it looking brand new. What an amazing surprise! I found them online and brought them a car (2010 Wrangler) that was covered in dog hair and kids' messes. It was sincerely embarrassing. They reassured me, told me not to worry and sent me on my way after chatting about our dogs. I came back seven hours later to a car that sincerely looks new. I can't believe some of the crud they got out of the car. All of this was less than $120. Tina and her husband are so welcoming and friendly. We were incredibly pleased by the job done by Supreme Detailing. We had them detail both the interior and exterior of my car. The exterior looks phenomenal, but it's the interior that has us thrilled. We have two boxers, one of whom is white. Their hair is impossible to remove - I have vacuumed for hours only to have it still be a mess. Tina and her husband are super friendly and personable. Our car was done when they said it would be and it looked fantastic. We were so impressed we returned with our Dodge truck. Both vehicles were cleaned extremely well inside and out, including the engines. The only reason we didn't give it a 5-star rating is there were a few very small spots of white polish on the passenger side door of the truck . We could easily wipe them off. I was referred to Mike and Tina by a family friend who vouched for their expertise and fastidious work in auto detailing. My car's interior had not been cleaned since acquiring it two years ago, and the buildup was becoming alarming. When Mike & Tina finished with my car, I thought there had been some mixup and they had returned somebody's brand new Honda to me. To be honest I'm so glad that I didn't judge this book by its cover!!!! I was a little nervous at first because Superior shares a space with the lube place next door and it was a little dark and felt a little sketchy at first but I'm telling you for $150 my car looks better than when I drove it into ff the showroom floor!!!! The woman that runs it is incredibly friendly and Ryan one of the detailers sat with me and made me feel right at home! I will be recommending Superior to everyone!!!! I can't believe how clean they got my car. It hasn't been that clean since I brought it home off the lot. They even managed to get out all the dog hair, which I had begun to think was permanently woven into the carpet. I called and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The drop-off and pick-up was convenient, and the staff were all very friendly and clearly care about the quality of their work. This business is a complete waste of time and money! After having my truck for 6 hours it was still very dirty. When showing the employee he looked and said yea those are scuff marks they won't come out. After convincing him it wasn't ready he took it back and shockingly those "scuffs" were gone and it was much cleaner. Then upon entering we were met by 2 large German shepherds roaming freely. We stopped at the door where the dogs owner just said to come in, my wife who doesn't like large dogs said she didn't feel comfortable with them unrestrained ed and he said they aren't that big very rudely. Then after all the services were done having the truck for 9 hours I was informed they only take cash or check. This was never stated at any time during the whole process. I returned to the truck to get a check and the large dogs we're let out to roam around the truck where my wife and 4 year old son who was very scared were waiting. I would never recommend this place to anyone, very rude, poor work, and overall very dissatisfied. read more
