The vehicle remained at the shop for over a year, and throughout that time we were repeatedly told that repairs were being completed. When the vehicle was finally returned to us, it continued to have the same issues it had when it was originally dropped off. We recently sought an independent inspection from a certified Mini Cooper technician and were informed that many of the repairs we paid for do not appear to have been performed. According to the technician, the vehicle remains in substantially the same condition as before. We have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the shop but have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's Office. I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned us. If you are considering major repairs on your vehicle, I strongly encourage you to obtain detailed documentation, ask for old parts to be returned, and consider getting a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs. If anyone in the Kingwood area has had a similar experience, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Well now this place is full of kids servicing cars and they tried to charge me 45 dollars even though I had my own oil and filter. The kid told me it's always been 45 dollars which I know isn't true because like I said I've been coming here for years. I refuse to pay 45 bucks for an oil change when I have my own supplies. That's like saying 5 gallons of oil is only worth 10 dollars and we ALL know that's not true. Doesn't make sense, but seeing that there are all children there now, it kind of does. Eric was very patient with me and he was able to determine that it was actually a fan that had gone bad. I wasn't a big fan of the price that I got for everything but I really needed my air conditioning fixed. I looked online and that specific fan is only $80, and I was charged over $200 for it. They did fix my issue, However, that same day my car stalled and would not startup, I had to get a tow truck to take me home. I went back to Eric's the next day to explain what happened and he said he would check it out. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and they determined that the newly installed fan was missing some plugs that were not plugged in causing a short in the ground wire making all my fuses get blown and causing a misfire. I had to pay over $500 to get the issue fixed, plus $240 for 2 tow truck trips. I won't say that I won't ever go here again, they DID fix my AC issue, however I would really recommend their mechanics double check their work when replacing new parts that have multiple plugs.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
