I was assured that they would. Unfortunately, when the slippers arrived, it was immediately obvious that they were far too small and would not fit any young adult. While the return process itself was easy, I'm disappointed that I was left paying the shipping costs both ways for an item I specifically called to verify before purchasing. Had I been given accurate information about the sizing, I would not have placed the order in the first place. I appreciate that the return was handled easily, but I don't feel I should have been responsible for the shipping costs when I relied on the store's assurance about the fit.

Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I can't say thank you enough to Matthew P. for all he did to have a happy customer!
