I found Cross Systems on the web and decided to get them to install my sister-in-law's home theater system. Since they were local in east Texas, it was the perfect option. Other places I called were either too busy, or i got a bunch of run-around and people were telling me it'd be TWO WEEKS or MORE before i even had someone come check out the home. Cross Systems got started right away, did an awesome job , they cut us a great deal and when I call them , even after hours, I don't have to worry about getting totally blown off or transferred.
