Most of those areas were behind the metal posts, however they still managed to slop paint on many of the posts. The entire top rail was also missed. We expect professionals to protect our property, but they heavily stained our grass. It would not have taken much time to throw a tarp down. I had to take a half day off of work to point out the issues. There was no apology or reason for the shotty work, just "Well that's why we are here to fix it.", I called and asked that the owner call us. We received no call. This job cost us over $900, but not worth half the amount. They lack respect for property and seem to care less about quality work. We do not recommend this company. UPDATE ON REVIEW 12/4/2024.....The owner of Texas Best Fence called me this evening to discuss the issues that we experienced and lack of communication with his office. We set up an install date, but an earlier date popped up and I jumped on it. I cleared the area to be be worked on that morning, and they crew arrived as expected. The project was completed in two days. Silver, Luis, Jeff and Spencer were a great crew. No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps. I facilitated their work as much as possible, without getting in their way. Their attention to detail was very impressive, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Keith was was very responsive and I look forward to working with him in future projects and providing referrals.

But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

Our original 25yr old cedar fence blow over with the wind. We back up to a working cattle farm in…read moreSouthlake. Three of my neighbors across the street had Eric Elliott fix or replace fencing. All were emphatic about us using him to fix all our fencing. Eric is an upright guy who takes pride in his work. His crue has been with him for years. We got bids from a couple of other companies, and Eric came in at nearly the same $ amount. The difference was the other bids were quoting "Pine" (which is cheaper and doesn't last as long) vs. Eric using Cedar (which lasts longer). His bid also included a Kickboard at the bottom that prevents wood rot at the bottom (required by Timmarron SOUTHLAKE HOMEOWNERS Association HOA). Also, Eric is aware of HOA fence color requirements and was included in bid. Since the weather was favorable, it took two days to both remove old fences, set new metal poles in cement, and build a new fence. One extra challeng... my neighbors yard sits higher than my yard and we had built a concrete wall to improve drainage. The concrete wall was built against the old fence. Eric was able to blend the new fence better than the previous fence. Just an excellent job. Eric is a great guy to work with, and his crew are professional and polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET A BID FROM ERIC ELLIOTT. He keeps busy, just work with him and get it done right. He uses good material and you will love the result.

With the scope of the project, firstly Patagonia's bid for the project was very very competitively priced. In terms of communication, we have worked with other contractors previously and Andres/patagonia have the best closed loop communication we've seen. They are extremely organized, professional, efficient and always kept us in the loop about the project timeline. We work from home remotely, so it was a huge plus that they were always respectful of our work schedules and minimized disturbances while still making daily progress.
