11/13/25: I spoke with Keith, and sent him pictures and measurements of my screened in patio. We discussed several options, and I decided on the 16" reclaimed plank wood. We set up an install date, but an earlier date popped up and I jumped on it. I cleared the area to be be worked on that morning, and they crew arrived as expected. The project was completed in two days. Silver, Luis, Jeff and Spencer were a great crew. No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps. I facilitated their work as much as possible, without getting in their way. Their attention to detail was very impressive, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Keith was was very responsive and I look forward to working with him in future projects and providing referrals. read more

What went well? Well, it all went well. Zero complaints. The had to make a mess of the garbage work the last contractor left on our surfaces. But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW. read more

There are many coating companies in the area, this one is unfortunately not a reliable one. The initial application on our patio had 3 distinctly different colored sections. Keith came out, agreed the color was inconsistent and re-did the patio in a completely different color that we did not approve. We questioned the color at the time and were assured it needed to "cure" to the color we chose, that never happened. We communicated our concerns about the color in writing, with pictures and were assured in writing it would be corrected. In addition, in less than 9 months, the coating began cracking and peeling. The product has an " lifetime guarantee" that has not been honored. All issues were communicated in writing multiple times, Keith made several appointments and promises ( in writing) to come and look at the patio and gave us written assurances that he would " take care of it". We have been extremely patient but it has now been nearly 2 years. He has never shown up since " correcting" the original problem with three different colored sections on the patio by installing an unapproved color. The product comes with a "lifetime guarantee" that has not been honored. In one communication he actually stated he had CORRECTED the problem, he never even came to LOOK at the problem! The charity associated with this company "Saving Gods Kids" is currently inactive (forfeited) per the TX Secretary of State yet there is an active link on the company web page to make donations. All we ask is that the work be corrected to the color we approved and the cracking, peeling product be replaced. We will be filing a complaint with TX Office of Attorney General as we have been unable to resolve directly with Keith after nearly 2 years. read more

Hands down best stamped concrete in DFW. Keith was personable, professional, pricing was similar to other less experienced companies. Be careful of other companies they can use pics that are not their own work! Hopefully getting the back patio done as well. We recently rehired Surface2Surface DFW to prep, re-color, re-seal, and re-mastic our front driveway and back porch patio.
