They were in the area. They were just doing immediate trims and repairs since we just had a big storm with trees down, but he said he would do our trims. He did more and above from the original estimate. The clean up was tops. It was fun watching his men climbing up to the top of the oak tree trimming all the dead branches flying to the ground. Ultimately, she took a turn for the worse and passed on to the tree rainbow bridge. Lucky for me I was able to find Reyna Tree Service. They were professional and easy to work with. They provided a complete estimate that was affordable and realistic. They were able to meet me the following day on site to look at the tree and had an estimate for me by the following day. They were able to communicate clearly, and work around my schedule. I wasn't able to be there for the work, but Joe and team did an amazing job and even sent me a photo of the finished work. The yard was clean and no evidence of the old tree was left behind. The team took extra care to make sure that my bubbler sprinkler was not damaged and placed back in the correct location for the new tree. Homeowner beware! Perfection Landscape was contacted by my mother to handle her yardwork for both…read morethe front and back yards. While they may have been great in the beginning, their service started lacking and falling. There were times that I would have to go over and mow her yard because Perfection had just been there and it didn't appear they had touched anything. They offer weed-eating, but that wasn't ever done past their first visit. The yard was never 'lined up' or edge. The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window. When she called Perfection to cancel service, the operative on the phone got hostile with her claiming that the mowers NEVER kick up rocks. That the mowers ALWAYS do a wonderful job. That Perfection REFUSES to accepts responsibility for the broken window, or their crap service. My mother's yard looks impeccable at this very moment... my brother-in-law went and did everything that Perfection was hired to do, and failed.
