They trimmed one side pretty good but never trimmed the dead branches out of the lower canopy on either side. On the opposite side they left branches hanging over the fence into my neighbors yard. The price suddenly was now $1500. No one on the crew spoke Engish. Most of the work was done with those tiny chain saws on a pole. I don't believe that I saw a traditional chain saw the entire time they were here. They changed the price to $1700. When we pointed out the branches hanging over the fence that were left undone, we were told it would be another $400. NOPE! Didnt get done.Ended up paying $1750 and today we have a REAL arborist finishing up everything that Jose's did not do. We wlli never do business with JOSE'S TREE SERVICE again.

I had three huge oak trees needing extensive pruning. The team knew what they needed to do and executed the work according to their plan. The crew arrive early in the morning, and were done by sunset. The trees were trimmed, cuts sealed, branches ran through the chipping machine, and everything hauled away. The yard ,and street, were cleaned up leaving no signs of Caleb's team having been here. I now have plenty of light in the front yard allowing me to see the front yard . . and now that I can see the front yard, I am on Caleb's schedule for much needed landscaping. I'm hesitate using a service that doesn't have a web platform for reviews. Giraffe Tree Service has reviews which were all old, but good reviews. The garden beds were blown out with no leaves remaining and the lawn as well. Our backyard artificial lawn was blown and all leaves collected, you could eat off the lawn it was so clean. Lastly, they mowed and trimmed for us. Now, they couldn't save the dead grass from the heat of last summer, that would be an impossible task, but they did a great job making the lawn look presentable and dare I say, good! Their prices are incredibly good, they called to let us know what time to expect them and they spent a lot of time taking care of our yard. The great thing is they don't have contracts so you aren't stuck if you aren't happy with the service. They are also extremely flexible with time frames and can do everything you may need done. I started out only having them come out once a month because it was during the summer, but as spring rolled around I was able to ask that they come out more often. I have also had them to do additional things like removing some bushes from a few beds and off a fence line, spray to keep the weeds at bay, and even do a deep dive on the beds before a recent party I had.... And it's always at a good price. Any time I call to see if something can be done Tim is on top of it. He's also just a really nice guy and always eager to help, and the guys he sends out are amazing as well. They are super friendly, do a great job, and they are always open to talk if I have any special requests or things I'd like for them to be careful of while they are here. Our trees had been trimmed by a well known and well respected arborist only 18 months before, but his team spent less time and did less trimming than we paid for. They left partly dead branches, also a large limb which banged against the roof during storms, as well as a huge limb which turned out to be partly dead inside and so ended up falling onto the road once a truck grazed it. That's why we decided to try again with a different arborist. Greenleaf's team clearly took pride in their work. They started at 8 and ended after 4 - putting in enormous effort, hauling tons of pruning away, and leaving the whole property completely cleaned up. We called the office, and they said we can have a refund of $100, and that Tim would bring it, since they didn't fix our problem and we were going to have to find someone else. Every day, he kept sending excuses of why he can't bring the money (rent due, lost wallet, etc). Then he changed his number!!! I would stay away from this company. They didn't complete our work, and just took the money and ran.
