I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

I believe all members should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or appearance. While this may not have been the associate's intention, the experience left a negative impression and is something management should address through staff training and awareness.

They did not even bother to see my free pass email that was unused. They showed no commitment about the confirmation their own staff gave me that I have another free pass. The manager was not present and did not pick up the call. They are just making fool of people with false information. Waste of time. Beware of joining them. The only reason I was planning to join this gym was because of proximity to my home. I would rather go to other gyms who are much more friendly.

I even have in writing that she does remember telling these things. They closed kids club without warning, not a call or text or email, a piece of paper taped to the door on the final night. I was upset since that's the whole reason I joined this gym and we got a utilize it for less than two months and I've already prepaid for a month that I cannot use now. I was told I had to reach out to corporate about getting my prepaid money refunded to me and there was nothing else they would do for me. I asked for my annual fee refund since I was there for less than 2 months and didn't wanna leave. I was told no since " I'm the one choosing to end my membership", and how I'm welcome to continue my membership without bring my daughter. As I explained to the manager when I first started , that simply isn't an option for me , I quite literally have to bring her with me or I can't go. When I spoke to Corporate I was told that I can take the refund for the prepaid month or I can choose to escalate, but she will purposely mark my request as " none need to Escalate" To ensure nobody calls me back. She said I can accept the month refund and stop asking for my annual fee refund or she will make sure I get refunded NOTHING. So she basically told me to shut up or they will keep my prepaid month for a program that they shut down and now a unless membership. I have to pay an annual fee and start all over at new gym now. I'm beyond disappointed. I don't care that it's no Annual fee refunds in their policy, I think good customer service for something that's out of my hands would be to give me that refund. I will say that the staff at this location have always been kind and taken great care of my daughter when kids club was open, I'm just beyond frustrated with how this has been handled.

With a kid play area, massive indoor and outdoor pools with a slide, I can see why it's so popular. There is a cafe onsite as well as yoga and all the other things you'd expect to see. Friendly service and excellent service. Everywhere I looked, I noticed someone was wiping something down. Lots of parking and tons of lounge seats for people to take a break from their workout or life. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when in town.

One of the main reasons to join Lifetime is access to amenities - good luck ever using them here. After three months of unavailability, they then decided it should be closed for over a month for "renovation" - just in time for the holiday break when some camp will likely resume and the court remains off-limits to members. I left a polite note requesting a conversation with management about better scheduling so members can actually use what they're paying for. I also mentioned this to Lifetime corporate. I literally lived in fear.
