I even advocated for this gym to other parents letting them know that SURELY their kids privates would not be jeopardized. I WAS WRONG!! For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

There is no attention to form or technique. If you have questions or concerns you will be met with push back to 'trust the process.' You will learn that the process is not for you to understand or for them to explain. I do not prefer to make financial investments knowing I must stay blind to the details therefore it is apparent that this gym was not a great fit for our family

We enjoyed several weeks of decent swim lessons there for my kids (ages 4 and 7 at the time) until my son (age 4) got his head shoved underwater WITHOUT warning by a swim instructor. He came up coughing and gasping for air, and we were done immediately. I talked to someone at Goldfish about it and they seemed to "care" and were "sorry." I asked them to remove me from all their contact lists, to never contact me for anything ever. I cancelled our membership in writing that week. The prices were absurd anyway so it's for the best. That was 2 years ago. Since then, Goldfish has called me 6 times. Every time I have asked them to STOP CALLING me. When I first started the program I weighed in at 109lbs (very small, no muscle or strength) I am currently at 120lbs of pure muscle and strength. Garrett didn't just help me physically get stronger but mentally also. Throughout my life I always lacked confidence in myself by thinking I would never get stronger or have the body i dreamed of but when I met Garrett everything changed. I started seeing results within a month of working with him. I never knew how to deadlift correctly, what "push" or "pull"meant let alone know what workouts target which muscles. He motivates me everyday to get better and stronger and I am truly so grateful for that. Garrett has made me realize putting in the work and effort really can change your life and the way you see yourself as a person. I still have a lot more to learn and overcome but without All in Fitness I wouldn't be where I am today. My daughter was enrolled for a long time, but we took a break when my second daughter was born. We decided to start up again and enrolled both kids. My youngest had no problem adjusting, but my oldest was a bit terrified and cried after her first lesson. I was dreading her second lesson because I really didn't know how it would go. Sure enough, she was crying and didn't want to go through with it. However, the instructors worked their magic, and she completed her lesson with a big smile, saying how much fun she had! I'm so appreciative of the staff for being so accommodating and understanding. I only wish this place were a bit cheaper, but as of now, that won't stop us from attending!

Mask were required by staff and enforcement of social distancing. These requirements at times were not taken very seriously. Masks around chins and not over the mouth and nose seemed to be more the norm. I understand that we can all have different ways of thinking and that is what freedom is about but when the science and the state requirements were not taken seriously this became very concerning particularly of the owners. I know that now there is no mandates and so when wearing a mask or taking social distancing precautions you re treated differently I feel that it was time to move on. After three years I am sad but my health is more important.
