I can't remember her name but I took a barre class, the class itself was good but the instructor was so snobby and not very friendly that it made the class uncomfortable. I do not think I will even go back for the rest of my trial week because of how I felt when I went this morning. Instructors really should be more inviting and nice especially if they want people to sign up. I would love to have said it was a positive experience but I cannot. I wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone I have been to far cheaper classes with nicer instructors. Not worth checking out.

The added benefit of his personal trainer abilities makes the drive to Loveland from Eaton WELL worth my time. He not only notices if your form is off, he can pinpoint why and help you get the most out of every single rep! I'm a Calisthenics athlete, with much experience in a variety of gyms. This is one of the only locations with a Sauna, Steam Room, and two Olympic-sized pools with multiple lanes readily available. Their core equipment is fantastic - there are no bent barbells as mentioned in the reviews below (again, no idea where this is coming from) You are paying to stay healthy. So focus on staying healthy. As far as the staff - they are young, but attentive and kind. I myself am 30 and I have literally never had a problem with them. If I have locked myself out of a locker, need education on the available personal trainers, or if I (like one of the posts below) mention a ***particular*** (1/1000) towel hasn't been washed properly - they take it right off my hands. I personally love Genesis and the staff as an athlete who needs a local place to hit all muscle groups. Do not let the below comments from individuals below who probably couldn't pick up a toothpick sway you from a fantastic center. As far as cancellation goes, I have heard nothing but that is an easy process. "Predatory" does not describe the cancellation process at Genesis. What I find remarkable is that Genesis Health Clubs Miramont South continues to ask members for more money while simultaneously expecting them to tolerate broken equipment, maintenance delays, and facility issues that seem to have become the norm rather than the exception. Your response actually highlights the problem. You mention having thousands of members, which means Genesis has access to substantial revenue. That makes the persistent state of disrepair even more difficult to understand, not easier. The fact that your defense is essentially "we are big and things take time" is astonishing. As for the spin room, claiming that members are providing "great feedback" is frankly insulting, and either profoundly out of touch or intentionally dishonest. Either management is completely disconnected from member experience, or it is choosing to ignore it. Anyone who regularly uses that room knows exactly how miserable those conditions can be. Members are not blind, and they are not stupid. We know the difference between a problem being fixed and management pretending it has been fixed. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Every problem comes with an explanation. Every complaint comes with an excuse. Every concern is met with a canned response explaining why members should lower their expectations and continue paying anyway. At some point, Genesis needs to stop blaming parts shortages, policies, and circumstances, and start taking responsibility for the quality of the product it is selling. The reality is that Genesis charges premium prices while delivering an increasingly substandard experience. I have had medical reasons for being out for what will be 9 weeks out of the 12 month contract I signed with them. Out of those 9 weeks 8 I have been out by orders from my doctors. Prior to the medical reasons I am out for now I spoke to three of the coaches letting them know I would be out. At that time I thought it would be 2-4 weeks but after my surgery the Doctor said it needed to be at least 6 weeks. I have since sent four emails asking for help regarding my billing. Being I am unable to attend due to medical reasons I was hoping they would do something about my monthly charges...... it isn't cheap! I have finally heard back from one of the people I sent emails to. Like typical Vigor process I get the run-a-round because they pull the "we never got your emails" thing. They won't talk to the coaches that actually care about you, they will talk to the one that will tell them whatever they want to hear. At this point I am so sick of the B.S. I have asked to be let out of my contract. Of course "there is a cancellation fee." So, just so I can be done with this place I will be paying that fee. Just another way for them to get more money out of me. Now lets talk about some of the coaches. While all of the coaches are very knowledgeable, only some are helpful. When you get told "I'm not here to be liked" and "you don't have to be here", should go to show how much they don't care because it really doesn't do much to motivate you. Now, don't get me wrong, some of the coaches are wonderfully helpful and caring, the key word here is SOME. However, again, it is obviously clear that the goal of most employed at Vigor is only money. If you have money to burn and need help getting into shape, Vigor is a great place. If you have medical issues or don't mind being treated like all you are is money, Vigor is a great place. But, if you have medical issues and do everything you can to afford going here DO NOT DO IT! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY!

Staff checked cameras and saw the moment it happened; Her toe caught in the small gap between two concrete slabs on the ground a few days prior to me picking her up. Which means...she had a broken toe for a few days and it went unnoticed. They offered me 20% off our next visit. We board with our trainer now at Peak K-9 .
