This is one of the smallest PF I have been too, which hopefully will not be an issue as I workout pretty early in the morning. I could see this being an issue if you come during peak hours, the weight station options might limited. Although, there seems to be plenty of cardio equipment. There are five smith machines which is nice but that's the only area for deadlifts, squats, benching, etc. If you are looking to get back into shape and need to do some cardio and weight training, you can't beat this place for $10 a month.

I cannot recommend a business that treats customers this way when they are simply trying to cancel their membership.

The fact that it is also connected to the hospital is awesome as well. When you arrive there is a big information desk and a juice bar. You check in and then head to the locker rooms to get changed. The locker rooms are amazing. They have tv's in the mirrors, what? Inside the locker rooms they have a wet sauna, showers, a lounge area, and many lockers to use. The locker rooms are also connected to the pool. The pool has lanes to swim laps but also an area where you can use the weights they have in the pool. When you are ready to get your sweat on you head up stairs. They have everything you could imagine and the newest brands up stairs. They have tons of cardio equipment, a track (8 times around is a mile) and lots of free weights/workout machines. They have trainers on hand to help you out with whatever you have a question about. They also have a spinning class room and a room for like zumba, kickboxing, yoga, you name it they have it! Very helpful staff here and everyone is so nice! I for sure recommend!

The classes they offer are also very good and have variety of times to select from.

The owners, staff and members fraternize and fan-girl over their very public political ideology and create an unwelcoming and dark environment for members. I attended this gym for 6 months; I was stalked and hounded by staff, members and ownership. I believe they saw me as someone "who appeared" to be on the opposite aisle of political ideology and did not favor it. Very disappointing any business owner would behave in such a irresponsible manner. Had everyone kept to themselves and not acted like wild animals I would have given the gym a positive review. Not the case. People should realize most Normal folk only go to the gym to workout and not to fraternize. Leave your members alone and you will do well in business. I would not recommend this place as a permanent gym solution to anyone.
