They let me try out one of the Isometric classes and a HIIT class; I did them back to back. I have taken Pilates prior but the heat takes it to a whole different level. The videos are easy to follow and the staff was so helpful in getting me set up. I really enjoy rowing and have taken classes previously but the the extra heat turned up this 15 minute class! The location is clean and you feel safe knowing that the door is coded so if you are in there late, no one can access the inside unless you are a member. Definitely worth the monthly cost! It's challenging, it's fun, the people are awesome, the coaches are fantastic, and it gets better with each and every workout. When I first started at En Fuego I worked out at 9am. The 9am class was "my class." Those were "my people." Recenly I returned to work full-time and had to change my class time. I started going at 5:15am. Yes, in the morning. And I'm so happy that the feeling I had with the 9am class has crossed over to the 5:15am class. I was welcomed with open arms, warm smiles and even a cup of coffee. I thought rolling out of bed at 4:30am was going to be so hard. But knowing that I am getting out of bed to go workout with the best people in town makes getting up not so hard. In the 7 weeks I've been working out before the sun rises, I have NEVER hit the snooze button. NOT ONCE. Give them a try. You won't be sorry you did.

I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!

To make matters worse, my annual membership fee had been charged that same day, and they refused to refund or prorate it, even though I would no longer be using the membership. As a result, I am being charged both an additional month's membership and an annual fee for time I won't be a member. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a national company. I cannot recommend a business that treats customers this way when they are simply trying to cancel their membership.
