It has the only racquetball courts in the area, you get a free trainer session to start you off, lots of options for working out including pilates and the stretchy band things, tennis courts, indoor track...I haven't tried the pool yet but they have indoor and outdoor, steam room and sauna plus whirlpool and I don't have to share it with gross teens or men. Restaurant on site serves excellent food. Snack bar does not have lattes, one drawback. Another BIG plus is the spa- excellent prices on pedicures, really nice products, I love my facials here, also has massage. They have another location in Hooksett convenient to my house, but I like the main club much better.

When notifying the front desk, they took my name and phone number and said they would reach out. No one contacted me. On Monday, 11/24, I found out the front desk staff had misplaced my information over the weekend. They asked for it again and I provided my email, specifying that I'd prefer to be contacted via email instead of phone. I specifically told them that I would be at work all day and would not be able to answer a phone call. I watched the front desk agent circle my email and write "best contact" with my own eyes. Later that Monday, I received a call from another representative, who had to leave a voicemail because I was busy at work. Their voicemail essentially told me to check lost and found. No mention of my jacket being stolen or a crime having been committed. Given the lax response from the gym, I decided to file a police report. I completed the process online and was notified shortly after that the case had been accepted. I was given a case number. On Tuesday, I once again notified the front desk staff that I would prefer to be contacted by email. I specified that someone did call, but that I was unable to answer because I'm working. I also notified them that I filed a police report, and emphasized that any correspondence between us would now need to be written. I also reiterated that I know a crime occurred because it was a small window of time (6am-7am) and that my jacket had a broken zipper on one pocket, meaning whoever took it knows it does not belong to them. I am irked by the way the gym responded to this. I am also disappointed in their poor performance when first reporting this crime. This gym charges $115 monthly with a $175 annual fee. You're better off going elsewhere for far less money. I have been going to much better gyms since I was in high school and I've never had something stolen from me. I added a picture of a row of broken ellipticals. This is typical for this gym despite the amount of money it charges its members. There are also broken pieces of exposed, sharp wood in the men's sauna that ownership refuses to properly repair. Buyer beware.

Good luck trying to read anything that's not back lit. And the music? I've heard/seen multiple complaints about it. This is supposed to be a fitness club not a 70's Rock revival. The only reason I continue going to this place is convenience. They really need to implement changes to help their patrons enjoy their visit. Not dread it.

The trainers create purposeful 30 min training plans for the group, switching things up daily to make it interesting and challenging. They are flexible with accommodations (shoulder for me). I've tried 3 of the specialty classes - motivating and fun! Yoga practice is exceptional - the sessions are excellent and thoughtful - my flexibility is up and my stress level is down. Nutrition program is relatively new and I haven't taken full advantage, but you can use as much or as little as you want; I take recipe ideas and short term challenges that help motivate me. I've recently become a fan of green drinks, which I would never have done on my own! Useful info on healthy lifestyle, graceful aging and life balance. I had a job that really took a toll on my muscles and I needed something I could access at odd hours of the day since my work hours were not consistent. I haphazardly started following along to one of the videos even though my intention was to just lay on the floor in the heat. needless to say, it was amazing. I'm not someone who regularly works out and I'm not even someone who likes the heat but I knew the infrared would be good for my tired muscles. Somehow, the infrared sauna makes it easier to move. And strangely, even though you're sweating, you feel so much cleaner afterward because your pores have just released everything! Make sure to drink lots of water so you don't pass out but I highly recommend this particular location. Everyone is so friendly but if you want to work out in private, like I did, the app is so useful in being able to see if anyone else is in the sauna you would like to book. There are even fun monthly challenges on little pamphlets you can fill out to help keep you motivated and going in on a regular basis. I really like that it's not weight oriented and more just about getting your body moving.

The gym itself is clean and comfortable, with well-maintained equipment, and the 24-hour access is a great perk, but what I can say for certain is that the management is absolutely top-notch.
