Nutrition program is relatively new and I haven't taken full advantage, but you can use as much or as little as you want; I take recipe ideas and short term challenges that help motivate me. I felt reassured right away that I was at the right place with the right people. The professional, thorough, comprehensive evaluation process at FitLab alleviated my initial fear of the unknown. On my very first day of training I met with Brandt, his positive, upbeat, non-judgmental demeanor quickly eased my feelings of apprehension and embarrassment. I received this evaluation with the InBody scale that delivers highly precise and ultra-accurate results. WOW, this InBody machine gives you so much information about what your body is actually composed of currently. This was an eye-opening experience for me by seeing these numbers and what I must work on. I was able to see where I need the most help and not just step on the scale to measure my weight. Then Brandt sat down, went over the results thoroughly, and explained everything to me in detail. Brandt developed a training program specifically to my goals. He made me believe I was not as bad off as I thought and I was very capable of achieving my health and fitness goals, which inspired me to want to come back and without hesitation I signed up for a year personal training. Brandt is always prompt to our sessions twice a week, is always prepared and does a great job of "mixing up" sessions. His background and excellent credentials instill confidence, and are evident when he explains the rationale, target, and proper form for every exercise. He is very diligent about ensuring proper technique for each element of our training sessions and I can feel the difference immediately. Most importantly, he challenges, encourages, and literally motivates me every single time we train. As a bonus, he also has a pleasant personality and enjoyable sense of humor and very attentive. Now that I have been training 2 days a week for the last few weeks, I can honestly say that Brandt has gone from making a good first impression to being one of my favorite people, and has proven himself a trustworthy, reliable, truly Top-Notch trainer.
