From the moment I popped my head in I was greeted by members and staff and made to feel welcome! One of the owners Troy stopped what he was doing to come over and talk with me and answer any questions I had. I immediately set up a time to come back and take the introductory "Foundation Class". It was an amazing workout and I would suggest it for anyone! The coaches Pam and Troy are incredible and take great care to scale everything for your fitness level! CrossFit Fishers it very well appointed with equipment and is kept extremely clean! Again it's a very encouraging and welcoming place everyone seems very helpful and wants you to succeed! I'm having some of the greatest workouts ever and look forward to my next visit! The box is pretty standard with bars, kettle bells, med balls, rowers, and bikes. The music inspires you to work harder than you've ever worked. Coaches are on hand to give advice on mobility and safe movement. I'm enjoying myself so far despite feeling the workouts three days later. Be prepared to drop a pretty penny if you choose to come here. But for the level of service and community, I'm confident it will be worth it.

So who knows, maybe CrossFit classes will start down the road as I build. My biggest surprise in joining this gym, though, was the yoga classes. This has been huge as I need to stretch out, but honestly, the warm yoga is probably the highest calorie burn I've seen in an hour's time. I've gotten to push myself and try movements I'm not used to 3. THE COACHES! Honestly the coaches are the best and make sure you're prepared for the workout, talk you through modifications to the exercises, etc. The class can be as challenging as you make it! 4. The group setting. It's so much more motivating (for me at least) to work out with a group with others pushing you. NapTown has so much more to offer than group fitness, too - yoga, nutrition, community events, workshops, etc. They've taken so many steps to help mitigate the pandemic, including virtual class options and designated workout space clearly marked out on the floor. They've been so communicative through the entire ordeal. Between the members-only Facebook page and weekly newsletter, I always feel informed about happenings and updates at the gym. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fitness community to call home!

Very good gym, all the equipment which you need. Coaches are very good. I remember this place because I got my DBs at this place. Hurray!!!They have professional athletes as well as below average athletes like me. Mix crowed like this makes very good community. Spending time at athlete lounge and Coaches meeting every Thursday were amazing. CFDF people were the only friends I had in Indy. Very nice and helpful people. I will miss this place.
